Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the east-west facing apartment will allow you to enjoy a 25 m² terrace, as well as a view of the cathedral. Parking is included in a garage. Please check the dimensions of the garage in the description. The central location of the apartment will allow you to easily visit our beautiful region.

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
