Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Shops are 200 m from the accommodation and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
