The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house. The apartment has two bedrooms with space for two in one double bed and one in the other. If there are 4 guests, I have a good mattress that can be placed on the floor. Short distance to the Old Town with a free ferry ride of about 7 minutes to the city center. Has 3 bicycles to lend. Nice hiking areas, light rail, glommastien, Kongstenbadet, golf course, 10 minutes from E6, 30 minutes to Svinesund, just over an hour to Oslo. Good public transportation.

The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Welcome to our home – a completely renovated villa from 1923 with a personal and cozy atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet area near Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg, with parking and electric car charging. You get a large garden, a great view of the harbor and Glomma, as well as good hiking opportunities. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and an attic with a playroom and a work corner. Our cat is not home.

Camping cabin number 1

In the yard we have camping cabins from the 1970s. The cabins have a simple standard and are located in pleasant surroundings. Here there is an outhouse, shower cabin and a simple outdoor kitchen for sharing. There is a fridge inside each cabin. The cabin has four beds in each. Bring bed linen and towels, we have duvets and pillows. You clean the cabin yourself after use, otherwise cleaning will cost NOK 300.

At the top of Høysand ("high sands"), a popular relaxation area, full privacy, no one looking over your shoulder. Includes a private sauna session with a northern lights show 15 min away.
