Modernly furnished apartment with amazing sea views only 80m. from the sandy beach in the center of the resort of Saronida. Apartment 70 sq.m. on the second floor in a residential complex with an elevator. Consists of two huge bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large front veranda with a view of the sea and a wonderful sunset. Cafes , restaurants and supermarket are only 150m. , the bus stop in Athens is 180m away. For family holidays without a car and for business trips.

A beautifull studio 23 s.m on the second floor of a appartment building with nice see view. There is a double bed and a sofa bed 180 cm long, small kitchen, bathroom and veranda. It is located only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, the main market, cafes, restaurants, cinena, and the bus station to Athens and other areas. One of the most amazing and ancient Greek monuments, " The Temple of Poseidon" at Sounio, is only 25 minutes driving distance.

Whole upper floor separate entrance. Large room/studio with en suite shower/toilet, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea view - beautiful Terrace with sun beds/umbrella in quiet area of Upper Lagonisi/Kalivia Thorikou. Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.
