The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

To make a fair comment about Constantin and Naiada we would need a book to describe all the experiences, histories and especial locals (bays, beaches) we had the opportunity to discover and be part in 7 days. Naiada is very comfortable and cosy boat and we fell in love with it. It's important to say that, until this moment, we hadn't been in Greece or in a sailboat, so we were really anxious and, at the end, we felt the time runned too fast. Constantin has not only strong ability as a captain, he was all the time worried with the security of the crew and he has a lot of knowledgement of the islands, ports, Greek history and also good restaurants with fresh fish and seafood. He is a lovely person and, at the end stay, we were sure that what happens wasn't a sail trip, but a important experience that we'll carry to all our lives and also that we have made two new friends, Constantin and Naiada.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A stones through from the beach, spacious, clean and fully functional. We created lots of memories playing Fuseball, sitting outside on the porch in the evenings and just relaxing. Thanks to Christo for being such a great host. We hope to come back again and visit!

Perfect location, central with everything within walking distance but not on a main street or around loud bars or restaurants. Check-in was easy, the place was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing, we loved staying at George and Stella's place. The apartment is great. So easy to communicate with George and he's always helpful. Good space and OMG, the kitchen is very well equipped. AC worked perfectly fine. Quiet street and neighborhood... and the view is just outstanding. Blue ocean and at night, the city lights gives you an extra charming scenary. We've asked George's recommendation for a good seafood place and George's recommendation was fantastic (Fyki Fyki Restaurant) we loved the place - it's in Porto Rafti, minutes driving from the apartment. What a joy! Our stay at George and Stella's was perfect.
