Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Nice place to stay! The decor is a little dated but other than that the place is really spacious, well kept and nice! Great location near the city center and a short walk down to the lake. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at Federico's place. The apartment is nice and has everything you need 😊

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Had a wonderful time at Donata’s place. Lovely renovated space with comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen/lounge with everything you would need for a long or short stay. Especially enjoyed hearing the church bells each day. 10 min walk to train station although Donata kindly picked us up on our arrival. Short walk down to the lake where we enjoyed sitting and having a coffee and a gelato and watching the world go by. Supermarket 3 mins up the road. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s lovely.
