Dan was a terrific host. We let him know we’d arrive late, & when we pulled up in front, he came outside to greet us and carry our bags. He stocked the kitchen with some essentials & some extras, the coffee & filters were much appreciated. He was pleasant & friendly, and we recommend his place to anyone visiting Saratoga Springs. Easy walk to Skidmore.

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

Wonderful place. Check in was very smooth and easy, loved having a garage to park my car in. Place itself was quiet, clean and nicely laid out. Matt provided a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks which was a great plus. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The couch was comfortable and great to sit and watch TV, we loved having Netflix logged in already for our use. Place was a quick 15 minute drive to Saratoga Springs which we loved and the outdoor space was peaceful and quiet. Would definitely come back here! Thank you again Matt & Jen!

MJ and Packy’s listing was exactly as described. Right on the Hudson River with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were comfy (beds could be upgraded but were adequate). Super clean bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of linens/towels. It’s 15-20 minutes from Glen Falls and Lake George and 25 mins to Saratoga Springs, if you want more options for food/nightlife/things to do. We were snowed in for a day and it felt just like home - games/tv/comfy couch. Would recommend.

Great little stay for 1 person or a couple for a night or two. More than that the space might not be enough. Welcoming and has what you need. Proactive host. Teflon pans and plastic cutting board, if you don’t like that just bring your own kitchen-ware. You can people walking around upstairs but nothing terrible, otherwise quiet and they have a fan for white-noise. Thanks for the stay!

I traveled on business to stay at Gunnar's place for 2 weeks and it was very cozy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The kitchen had nearly everything needed for fixing meals and cleaning up. The access to larger highways and shopping was very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Jeremy's Airbnb! The space itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and welcoming, making it the perfect getaway. Jeremy was an excellent host, always responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The amenities provided made our stay enjoyable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. One thing we noticed is that when cooking, the fire alarm tends to sound due to the lack of a stove air vent, so we recommend keeping windows and doors open to allow the smoke to escape. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Jeremy's place for anyone looking for a great spot to relax and unwind. Thank you, Jeremy, for your hospitality!

Great spot convenient to Broadway - walkable but also a very quick and inexpensive Uber ride. There are two units and our friends stayed in the unit upstairs and enjoyed it as well. Highly recommend for small families and couples. The unit we stayed in has a large walk in closet - which might be useful if you have a baby in a pack 'n play.

Perfect for a little getaway. Deb was so nice and inviting, great host 👍. She was warm and friendly and was very attentive. They even gave a discount for guests at their business “ The Barn” . This was a solo trip and so it was just me and my puppy. The best part of the stay was the location to the area. You are mins away from the river as well as the town of Corinth. Then it’s just a quick drive to Lake Luzerne, Hadley, Sacandaga and Lake George. The apt was part of “The Barn” which is local spot for food and ice cream. It was great to be able to walk outside and get some food and ice cream especially in the evening. They also have guests a discount on anything you ordered which was very nice. The area is beautiful and there are lots of places that you can just relax and disconnect from the world a bit. The town had everything I needed including a supermarket literally across the street, Stewart’s and other small local spots within walking distance. Deb recommended Amores for dinner since I was craving pizza and it was great!! The pizza was excellent and I’m a total pizza snob lol. The decor was a little dated, but very homey and had a bit of an “Adirondack” feel to it. They also gave me a little bottle of maple syrup which was a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. It was exactly how it was described and every communication I had with Selma and Amanda was very respectful and they were always quick to respond! Loved this spot which was close to our event at the Saratoga Convention center ( easy 2 block walk). One parking space comes with the rental and we had 3. There is a reasonable $15/day) public garage at the convention center which also kept the cars out of the very snowy weekend weather.

The house was perfect for our little getaway! It was very clean and very homey. Comfortable and peaceful. We loved walking to town and exploring. Would 10/10 stay at the house again!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.
