Lake access to private lakefront property & dock (CLOSES EARLY/MID OCTOBER! Kayaks available until dock closes. Dock your boat & use our slip (upon request). Fishing poles/gear are in garage. Wake up to the view of the lake from 2nd floor suite! Gorgeous sunsets! Deck w/ bbq grill, yard games and fire pit!

Cabin8 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom/shower, grill, firepit, kayaks and is on the Vischer Ferry Bike Trail. It is hard to believe you are in the heart of the Capital District and restaurant area

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
