This place is such a gem! They thought of everything and so many special touches. We stayed here after taking the boys to Cooperstown for baseball and it did not disappoint. We hope to come again!

We loved the cabin! Nice and cozy and clean. The outdoor area with the fireplace and screened gazebo is a great addition. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen as well. Great stay!

A group of seven of us stayed at Dave's place for a college reunion weekend. Every single one of us loved this house! It was exactly as pictured - spacious and charming, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning units in pretty much every room to ensure comfort for all of us. The house was easily walkable into town and located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Dave was also very communicative and kind! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone - big and small groups alike!

David’s place was a beautiful riverfront location, with all amenities we needed. David was responsive and attentive. The surroundings were green and peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

My partner and I stayed at this property for 6 days 7 nights and it was super relaxing. The property was exactly as it was pictured and matched the description given. We found that the property was private and surrounded in nature. The wrap around deck and fire pit were definitely a plus. We loved that the property had an onsite washer and dryer along with HVAC in almost every room. Kyler and Laura were great hosts. They were fast to respond and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. When we had an emergency and had to make an adjustment to our original booking last minute, responded right away and offered us a clear resolution. Very happy with our stay at Brian’s place. Brian and his wife were great hosts. Private,Big clean space, with everything we could need plus just in case extras. The adjustable bed was great, it’s perfect space for a family to stay for the week. Nice fenced yard for my dogs. 15 min from Saratoga racetrack, Nice trails nearby, cute little town nearby, and 20 min from rivers casino. We look forward to staying in the future.

Great deal! The place was more spacious than we expected. Clean and incredible location. Would be perfect for 3-4 people.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son in Ballston Lake and this one stood out. Historic and unique home. Beth was a great host, very responsive to any communication. The place met our needs and had a nice view of the Mohawk River in the back yard. Just be aware they are right on a highway so there is a lot of traffic noise, and there are 2-3 apartments in the place as well. But overall that was well described and expected and ear plugs worked just fine. Thanks for sharing your home Beth!

We had a fantastic stay at Mara's beautiful home. The location was very peaceful, and there were a number of snacks and drinks provided. A very short drive to Saratoga Springs and surrounding towns.

Emily’s place is a quaint comfortable place to stay. She was responsive from the moment we booked. It is walking distance as described to the town with many restaurants. We would stay there again.

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.
