House vacation rentals in Sarasota

This home was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 en-suite master bedrooms. The location is great for beach(Siesta Key), waterfront restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this Airbnb . From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We spent 2 weeks in Gisele’s home…it was exactly as described. We really appreciated the outdoor space/patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, utilizing the large bbq and outdoor dining area and ending our days with a nightcap in the enclosed patio. The location was great, centrally located with easy access to beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. We will definitely return when back in the area again. Gisele is a great host.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Very nice home, plenty of space for larger family. We used the heated pool everyday. Stores within 5-10 driving minutes of property. Would definitely rent in future

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

Very clean, great location to beach and my family. Walking area for our doggie and very close to shopping. We did pack too much. This home has everything you need. Nan is an awesome host.

We had a very nice stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but only 5 minutes from really nice shopping & restaurants, 8 minutes to downtown Venice, and about 15 minutes to the pier on Venice Beach. Host was very responsive and had great suggestions on things to do. Pool and pool area was very clean. Great value.

The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. The location overlooking the pond is a highlight. The many kinds of birds that come onto the lawn and right onto the patio are fun to watch. As are the turtles and alligators that swim by all the time! The water in the area isn’t great, so there is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking and cooking water. But the water in the rest of the house isn’t filtered, so the water in the tub and toilets and laundry is a little amber colored. It didn’t affect our clothes in the laundry, and we used bottled water to brush teeth, so it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!

Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

Great stay! Quiet and off the beaten path but still close to many fun activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

Great place near the beaches. Our dog loved the spacious backyard and the wildlife. The home was very cozy and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Braulio was very responsive to all of our needs and wants. We had a great time loved the location. We would not hesitate to rebook his place for next year. We would recommend this listing. It was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Though we only used this for sleeping, due to our busy itinerary, it was stocked with extras like dishes and pots and pans and even spices to help prepare meals in. Chelsea sent a quick text every day to check on us with excellent communication. There were a few snack size bags of chips and cold bottles of water upon our arrival for a nice extra touch. The street noise is on the living room side, not the bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs.
