Can't say enough positive things about this little gem of an establishment. First time in TI, if we were to return to the area we wouldn't hestitate to book here again. Everything you need for a peaceful, beach vacation in a quiet area away from the night life but walking distance if you wanted a night out. Public beach access was literally right across the road, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Had a few questions throughout the week and Matt responded very quickly. The pool (right outside the patio door) was perfect for a lazy day or evening dip. The room had everything we needed with a comfy bed. Thanks for making our first time in TI a relaxing and memorable one!

Perfect place to stay on PAS! They have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation - beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, floats and even bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The pool was perfect for winding down a hot day. Zero complaints and definitely no regrets staying here.

Amazing stay, above and beyond with communication. We have stayed here for many years in a row and its the first time we had a minor issue in our room, I couldn't believe she responded in less than a couple minutes with a phone call. The property is adorable and love the low key location in Florida... The beach and amenities are perfection. ALSO the front door rug this year for the inside was amazing to catch any extra sand/hold our shoes. They upgrade their bikes, it is one of our favorite things to do there. It was cleaner than ever this year, spotless.

I travel with my kids to Tampa and St Pete a lot, and let me tell you guys this place is the best location and accommodation by far!! The hotel is absolutely charming, comfortable, has everything you need and great space!! The kids LOVED the pool, you can see the bay sunsets and sunrise sky from the rooms, you could not be closer to the beach or wonderful restaurants including a kid friendly spot ON the beach that’s open early AND late!! I will absolutely be coming back

I rented Molly's place for my co-worker for a total of four months. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Molly as a host and for the property. Molly was always responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and in pristine condition. During our stay, there was a new leather sofa and chair put in, as well as a brand new paint job. Molly even provided complimentary cleanings throughout the stay. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and clean throughout its entirety. My coworker's favorite part about this property was that it was directly on the sand! 1000/10 recommend!
