Townhome vacation rentals in Sarasota Beach

Jennifer’s place in a great location, easy to walk to Main Street. Jennifer provides very clear directions and is very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and there a nice park nearby. The property to colorful and cheerful. There is need for some upkeep and repairs but nothing that impeded our stay.

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. It was perfect for our family. We loved that sleeping areas were separate from “active” areas. So many options for outdoor seating. Large tables for both indoor and outdoor games and dining.

It is such a very comfortable place, very clean and organized. Instructions were delivered by mail and also in a folder, you can never get lost in or out of the house. The surroundings were also very clean and there are many nearby places to go for your supplies or to enjoy Sarasota. It was a shame we did not have much free time to enjoy the condo or the city. We will surely get back to Sarasota and hopefully with David. I recommend this place.

We were Barb’s first guests after the hurricanes and the townhouse was beautiful! She has provided lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Her place is close to many great restaurants as well as the beach. Barb was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. We would highly recommend her townhouse to others, and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location! Easy to walk to Bayfront Park and Payne Park for the kiddo to play. Also easy walks to Publix and Whole Foods and to Main Street for their restaurants/shops. Depending on traffic, it was quick to get to Lido Key Beach and Siesta Key Beach. The location having beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys was great too. We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay; plenty of room for a family gathering. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. David is a very responsive and understanding host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Ammey's townhouse for our Spring break. The accommodations were spacious, very clean, super comfortable and in a great location to enjoy all of the beaches and activities around AMI. We appreciated Ammey's communication before and during our trip. She was very helpful and friendly! We will most certainly rent with her again if/when we return to AMI!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is so cozy and clean as described. Would have loved to use the bikes but didn’t have access to garage. Would stay again if in area.

Chris’s place was just perfect for what we needed. It was so close to the beach…with a 3 year old grandkid that made such a difference. The pool across the street was lovely too…great way to unwind more after the beach. The townhouse set up was great …the entry area was such a good spot to leave beach stuff when back from the beach. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch too.

very pleased with our stay. place was well furnished and very comfortable. the only issue was all the stairs! 15 steep stairs up and 15 steep stairs up to the bedrooms. place may not be well suited for older people. we had no issues but I could see where it might be a problem. I would definitely recommend or go back.

Book this place! It has a beautiful view of the marina, nice amenities and a great value for all that you get. The beach, pool, exercise and game rooms are in the complex and are an 8 minute walk or you can drive there and park right next to them. Sunset grill, on property, has fantastic food to eat while watching the sunset. We had a great guided kayak tour with Dave from Latitudes tours. Next door is Bahia beach reserve with a short hiking trail. We also went to EG Simmons park, 8 min drive away with a nice beach. Busch Gardens and Adventure island Water Park are about an hour drive. Publix grocery is an 8 min drive The place had all the amenities needed, including start up dish detergent, dish soap, bathroom sink soap, paper products, coffee pods, etc. in the garage were beach supplies like coolers, pool noodle, boogie board, a beach wagon, sand toys, life vests, etc.... This place is great for families that want some beach & pool time in the FL sun. Angela is a fantastic host!

We loved our stay and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had friends over for Thanksgiving dinner and easily prepared dinner for 6. There were beach towels available and some games. Even a plug for usbs. We didn’t have control over the temperature of the space which was mostly an issue the first day when it was warmer outside. The weather got cooler on day 2 so ended up not being a concern. It was a really nice space with great views of the marina. We would come back here for sure!

Lovely place and stay! Host was wonderful and responsive, a bit of a drive to the beach especially with traffic but still a great time.

Angeline’s beautiful home gave us a home away from home. She is an amazing host who helped us lots and was flexible with extending our stay. The area is beautiful with lots to do and see. This is was our second year at Brian's place and felt like home away from home. A real treat were the sight if Manatees swimming in the canal, right outside deck. Although there is an obvious amount of residual hurricane damage in this part of Florida, it was great to see most of favorite restaurants had reopened. In short it was good to be back and we enjoyed our stay!

We loved this place! Such a perfect townhome for our family of four, perfectly located off Lockwood Ridge. Groceries within 5min, as well as restaurants, coffee etc. The house had everything we needed, well organized and very clean. There’s a large staircase to the bedrooms upstairs, in case that’s a consideration for some with luggage up the stairs, but for us it was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week stay!

Our family had the best time staying at this Siesta Key home! It was spacious for our party of 8! The home is easy to find and located only a short distance from the local village, easily walkable to local restaurants and shops. We didn’t go to the beach because we had our small infant with us, but beach access is also a very short distance from the home. Instead, we enjoyed the private pool we had all to ourselves. The temperature was perfect and it was very clean and well maintained. The privacy of the back patio area was lovely and we enjoyed cooking out on the grill for lunches and dinners. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for all of our meals. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and wash cloths provided. Our hosts were very timely in their responses whenever we had any questions. We love Siesta Key and will be looking to book with these hosts again in the future. Definitely rate this experience a 10/10!

The views from the duplex were lovely and it's nice to have kayaks available in case you have time to try them. Siesta Key is overall a gorgeous place. Betsy was easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated duplex home. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Charging station a plus!!! The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding. Our host was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend! GOD BLESS YOU!

Julie’s villa was absolutely perfect! The location was super close to the beach, the house was very clean and fully stocked. Would highly recommend! We rented a golf cart, went around town and did some shark tooth hunting. Great host and great property!
