Very kind and helpful host, she picked up the kids at the station, with early check-in, and picked them up after the concert, to bring them home. Really exquisite and very kind person, as a parent I could not imagine that she was so loving and concerned for them, so much so that she went to pick them up after the concert at the stadium to take them home (there were no buses available at that time). Definitely a host to be recommended for the dedication and care she puts towards her guests. The house was also equipped with everything, spacious, cozy and very clean, as well as having food and not just for breakfast. Brava Alice, exquisite host.

We had a fantastic time here. Paula and Marcello are very sweet people and nothing is too much. We were surprised with a delicious breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. Marcello also came to bring fresh croissants from the bakery and we also got a homemade delicious cake a few days later. Momo the dog always came to get cuddles and next to the fantastically equipped kitchen the view is really phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. Upon our arrival, the very kind Mrs. Anna Maria welcomed us in advance. We found a very good pie she made and some cold drinks in the fridge. The apartment is in a good location and there is always free parking just below the house. Almost nothing is missing on site and you feel good. The gem is definitely the terrace overlooking Ancona, which has a very nice view especially in the evening. What can I say, if you're going to book, do it without hesitation. Thanks Anna Maria!

Roberto’s place was absolutely lovely! With a marvellous view, a fairly short drive from the centre of Ancona but also in very peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect mix of convenience and calm. The house was spotless and very well equipped, with even more amenities than we’d expected. For 3 people, it was more than comfortable in terms of space, the beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the wifi very good, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect addition. Roberto was very friendly, proactive and clear in communication, and the check-in, as well as check-out, procedure was very smooth. I would be more than happy to stay at Roberto’s place once more when travelling to Ancona!
