This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed for one week and it felt like home great location We walked with the kids to the beach from the flat and also it was easy to park everywhere and it was a bonus that the flat had a garage to park for free! We spent time in the balcony it was a lovely apartment in Nice!! THANK YOU

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

Jesper is an excellent host. The apartment is also super wow, excellent. I went to the Monaco Grand Prix, prices are generally high this week, the only small problem I had was finding the apartment and the stairs to it. Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

This is a great place to spend your vacation! Great view; near the beach, supermarket and tram stop.

Accommodation perfectly as described and expected: very well-equipped and comfortable, with the charm of old houses, tastefully decorated, and the impeccable hospitality of hosts. Not to mention the calm and the breathtaking view from the large terrace! Of course, you have to deserve it, after 2.5 km of a narrow unpaved road, but it passes by going there quietly!

Thanks to Helena for hosting us in her home. It is beautiful and comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

Laurie is very attentive and caring. We had rain 2 days in a row and she spoiled us with organic breakfast and trip to Eze. The home is beautifully decorated with adorable views from the terrace. An exceptional place in a historic but little-known village, half an hour from a (very beautiful!) trip from Monaco, the beaches and Nice. The view from the balcony and windows is breathtaking! With sunsets that make a unique show every night! The interior of the house has fairly low ceilings but that only adds to the charm of these quaint village houses. I recommend it without hesitating!

We stayed at Christine's for a flight the next morning to Nice airport, which is just a ten-minute drive away. Very well-kept apartment, beautiful outdoor patio that must be wonderful in good weather (when we went it rained). Street parking is available.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Jasmine's place was perfect! The location is a short 3-minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores, the train station, and the beach. The location cannot be beat, and it's very quiet. The apartment is exactly as listed in the description. It's newly remodeled, cute, and has everything you will need. Brian, the manager, is by far the best house manager. He communicates within minutes of any text I send. He is helpful and knowledgeable about local sights, drivers, and restaurant recommendations, as well as any other questions I had. He is also very proactive with weekly check-ins to ensure everything is okay with the apartment and asks if I need anything. I highly recommend this studio apartment if you are visiting Villefranche-sur-Mer!

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Dominik and Michaella are very pleasant hosts who make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. Super thank you for the good care, we'd love to come back.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks which may rightly be called a hidden gem. Everything has been thought of for a pleasant stay. The garage and spacious terrace are a big plus. Communication went smoothly and quickly. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a very pleasant beautiful and cozy place, the shopping street is right around the corner from the apartment, a park and the beach 5 minutes walk away.
