Vacation rentals with a patio in Sao Vicente

We loved our stay in Seixal. Sure it get‘s busy during the day, but thanks to a private parking spot that’s no problem and at night Seixal returns to the quit small village that it is. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need. The people of Madeira take great pride in taking care of their gardens and Lani Dias is no exception. We would love to return one day.

Super Lage, man ist vom Flughafen schnell an der Unterkunft. Da die Insel nicht groß ist kann alles innerhalb von 1 1/2 Stunden mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit Guido und seiner Frau war super. Wir konnten früh einchecken, Guido hat uns herum gezeigt und wann immer wir Wünsche oder Probleme hatten hat Guido sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen. Wir haben uns morgens auf die Pastel de Nata gefreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzige Punkte die nicht perfekt waren: Wir fanden das Bett eher unbequem und durch die Nähe zur Straße war es Nachts lauter als wir es gewohnt sind. Wir würde das nächste mal auf Madeira wieder hier her kommen.

Ці апартаменти в живу кращі, ніж на фото. Дуже багато простору, тераси з видом. Фішка - тераса на даху з видом 360😍 Все чисте, охайне, дуже багато речей необхідних - праска, пральна машина, посудомийка, а ще нас пригостили фруктами.

Logement juste incroyable ! La même chose que sur les photos ! Très calme et paisible. Hôte vraiment très très gentil. C’est situé dans un petit village à environ 30 min de Funchal et proche de tout en voiture. Le lieu est merveilleux pour se reposer. Nous reviendrons

Nous avons été très amicalement reçus par Connie, qui nous a accompagnés, présenté le logement et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, au calme, et propose une vue panoramique imprenable sur la montagne et la mer. Sa grande terrasse permet de se reposer dans d'excellentes conditions après les journées de visites. Il est idéalement situé pour les diverses randonnées, visites, restaurants et plages que propose cette magnifique île. L'équipement est très complet, en excellent état, et va au-delà de la description. Encore un grand merci Connie & Johnny pour votre gentillesse, vos conseils avisés et la qualité de votre logement ! J'aimerais pouvoir vous dire "à très bientôt !".

We will be talking about the wonderful stay we had at Filip and Renata’s place for a long time to come. The space is perfect for a couple or small family. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious, the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked (there’s even Tupperware so you can pack sandwiches for a hike), and the outside space is comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Now I know why many other reviewers wished they had stayed in this location for the whole of their Madeira travels! The location is excellent for exploring the island and returning home at night is easy, especially with a dedicated parking space. What really makes this place shine are the hosts, especially Filip who offered many suggestions and treated us to fresh bread and other goodies. He was so warm and kindhearted. This is a gem of a property; do not hesitate to book!

The hosts were super responsive and amazingly offered us an earlier check-in time as their cleaning had finished earlier that day. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home and having a dishwasher & washing/drying facilities made things feel so relaxed and the BBQ & hot tube was great to have for the evenings. The view was beautiful, and the house was a perfect size and location for a little romantic getaway. It isn't a long journey to get to areas like Funchal or Porto Monis, and there's a large number of PR walks nearby, too.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ivana und Daniel sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war der kleine Garten, perfekt zum Entspannen, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Ivana und Daniel waren außerdem unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können ihre Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning stay! The views were like something out of a postcard—so picturesque, we almost didn’t want to leave. The house was spotless, and every detail was thought of: towels, blankets, shampoo, even spare wood for the outdoor barbecue. There’s AC in every room (though we didn’t need it), plus a washer, dryer, and plenty of supplies like soap and dishwasher pods. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive at all hours. The garage was a bonus, especially in the rainy weather, giving us extra comfort. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet, yet only a short 7-8 minute drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops. If I ever return to Madeira, this is where I’ll stay—no question.

Die Unterkunft ist großartig gelegen im Norden von Madeira. Es handelt sich um eine sehr ruhige Lage, wie beschrieben neben dem Kirchturm der zu jeder Stunde laut läutet, allerdings um 10 Uhr abends das letzte Mal und morgens um 8 Uhr zum aufwachen. sonst sind die Bilder im Inserat mehr als aussagekräftig und absolut übereinstimmend. parken ist überhaupt kein Problem, allerdings ist die Lage des Ortes eine Grundvoraussetzung für einen Mietwagen. Manny ist einer der besten Vermieter den ich bisher erlebt habe. Er wartet bei der Anreise an der Wohnung, nimmt einen in Empfang, zeigt einem alles in einer Ruhe und gibt viele Tipps für die Umgebung, sei es kulturell oder essen. Er ist immer erreichbar, absolut freundlich und mit ihm zu reden und zu plauschen bereitet ein großes Vergnügen. alles an allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen so dass wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen werden. wer eine ruhige Wohnung in schöner Umgebung mit toller Aussicht sucht wird hier fündig. vielen Dank Manny

Je recommande vivement ce logement, le cadre est super, la terrasse est incroyable, il y’a un petit magasin pas loin, le logement est propre et l’hôte est très sympathique ( bonne communication & petites attentions), si j’ai à revenir à l’avenir, je choisirai ce logement

Het verblijf in Casa Golino was erg fijn. Er was veel ruimte en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De plek was heerlijk rustig en er was een leuke tuin bij. Het enige verbeterpunt wat we hadden is dat het huis een beetje muffig rook toen we aankwamen. Maar na het open zetten van de ramen was dat ook gouw opgelost. Dus wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader!!

Einen besseren Host zu finden ist wirklich schwer. Das AirBnB ist super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Bei sämtlichen Fragen stand uns Ana immer zur Seite. Außerdem hat sie einen wirklich tollen Travelguide geschrieben. Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira fliegen würden, würden wir ohne zu zögern ein AirBnB von ihr nehmen.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! We were so impressed by the peaceful and quiet location, which allowed for a truly relaxing getaway. The property itself was of exceptionally high quality and very well-furnished, making us feel right at home. We genuinely had everything we needed and more. The heated pool and whirlpool were a fantastic bonus, providing a luxurious touch. To top it all off, our host, Jorge, was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, et nous en avons beaucoup profité car il faisait un temps magnifique.

Een mooi appartement waar echt alles in zit. Super fijne keuken met uitgebreide voorzieningen, heerlijke douche en een prima bed. Een lekkere bank, mooi uitzicht en een grote eetkamertafel voor een spelletje. De instructies waren duidelijk en ze geeft veel informatie, ze doet echt moeite om ons tot onze dienst te zijn.

This apartment has a very good vibe! Would definitely recommend or choose again! You can watch and listen to the waves which makes it even more amazing. It is simple, pure and clean, towels were big and had a great scent. Pillows were good quality and very comfortable. There is a restaurant (and by the way very good restaurant) in the neighborhood, it’s not disturbing, there’s no music or shouting but there is some business in the evening until guests leave around 9pm.

Le logement est très bien situé proche des commandités. Un logement qui correspond aux photos et très propre. Clara est très gentille, elle est réactive. La communication a été fluide.

The apartment was is a quiet neighborhood and the view was exceptional. The communication with Vasco was easy and quick.

Gorgeous spacious apartment walkable to everything in downtown Funchal - restaurants, shopping the water, musicians in the restaurant area were so fun! (Not near the house). All of Funchal seems to have some construction especially behind this building but I suspect u can’t escape that anywhere in Funchal. Otherwise it was a fantastic apartment and would definitely rent there again. Hosts were wonderful

Can’t recommend enough. Clean, fantastic space, great location. Marina really helpful and always responsive. Well equipped kitchen with everything for meals in but equally a 10 minute drive into Funchal. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location means everything is easily accessible. Supermarket across the road. We didn’t hire a car because the location was so great.

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
