Had a perfect stay here in the center of the capital. Safe and good place to stay. Also a good place to start your trip around the island. Amilson helped us all the way through our stay. Easy to get a rental, exchange money or organize tours. best local guide! Breakfast is 8€/day/person. Well-done with local fruits. Good service, clean and nice pool.

A winding stone pathway is bordered by lush green foliage and colorful plants. Towering trees provide shade, and the path leads towards rustic structures that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

The house is similar to the listing description. We were a group of 5 friends and I think it's ideal for this house (one fact is to point out the cutlery not enough, there was only for 4 people). The house is very close to downtown Santo Antônio and has several nearby services. We were greeted by D.Didy and Anita who were always very friendly and attentive, and they prepared us a great breakfast!! In terms of amenities it matched what was expected. The furniture in the kitchen is a little worn out, but you can cook and eat at home if desired. I recommend this accommodation!

We spent one night in this family home, we were warmly welcomed. The room is simple, clean, functional. We ate in the evening and breakfast with Wilson, his wife and children, "at home", with a delicious local meal. Communication is easy since Wilson speaks very good French. It was a beautiful immersion for us in the culture of the island. Thank you very much!

Housekeepers were a really nice young couple. Great food. Very helpful. A good place to see the north of Sao Tome from. However a few problems with the listing. There is no wifi, or no lockbox (which would have made check in way easier). And the map coordinates aren't totally accurate, although, that is common with a lot of airbnb places.

The accommodation at Rui's is fantastic. It is a bit remote, about 1 km from the nearest paved road. She lies alone on a black beach. Bellyboarding was particularly fun for us and the indescribably beautiful nature and wildlife around us was also nice to explore. Rui is an excellent cook and he does not hesitate to support you with any problem or project. Thank you for the great time.

The location is incredible with astonishing view of ilheu de santana and the ocean. We stayed for one night, and was good enough. The connection with nature is impressive, however could be a bit challenging the open toilet if raining and also the proximity to the ocean means crabs, mosquitoes, ... like many places in the island, there are some dogs, and may try to come in, just chase them away, they don't bite.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast super tasty and with plenty of food. The hospitality of the workers is just great: we were offered a mini-tour with the explanation on local coffee and cacau production. The local coffee is very tasty, do buy the cacau snack and biscuit to enrich your stay!

House in front of the beach. Exactly what we were looking for! Clean and tidy, all great. It's not easy to get there, roads in a bit of bad condition nearby, but it's well worth the effort. Highly recommend. The restaurant belonging to the same owner also has very good food and very friendly staff.

Great stay with Bastien and his team and highly recommended if you are traveling to the south of the island! A birthday cake and bouquet of flowers were even organized for my girlfriend. A great stay with Bastien. Lovingly furnished place, very nice staff. And Bastien is a very special person you can listen to for hours. We recommend the guided tour of his plantation to anyone visiting there. And he was also extremely flexible and helpful. Incidentally, we didn't find the access to the lodge as bad as is so often reported. The roads in the south of the island are generally bad, you just have to know that. We got through with our Jimney without any problems.

Perfect location with small cottages right on the beach! Very quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing. Communication was only possible in Portuguese, but all the staff were very friendly and an employee took us on a private hike to Pico! Thanks for everything, would love to come back!

Very nice, great location, for those who want to be close to the airport on the eve of boarding.

Our family had a wonderful stay at VANHA. Bastien went above and beyond to host us, especially with the children / he took us on a walk around the plantation, at night set up his telescope to show us the planets and stars. His shop of local products is also amazing! Went home with vanilla pods, interesting tea and although we don’t drink, friends who joined us for a meal happily bought bottles of his bespoke gin from the distillery saying it was “clean and delicious, the best gin in Africa”.

A two-story building is presented, featuring a covered porch area with red chairs. Large windows are visible on both levels, allowing light into the interior. A staircase leads to the upper level, situated behind a gate and surrounded by a tranquil environment.

Extremely pleasant rooms in the Príncipe and in a great central location in Santo António. Judite (Dona) has the restaurant on the ground floor always with delicious food to leave - book lunch or dinner to secure a table and availability of dishes! The room has very good conditions, A/C, hot water and good quality Wi-Fi (to note that on the island they turn off electricity at 2am-3h in the morning). I have also been given some help renting a car or motorcycle - please ask in advance to ensure you have vehicles available for hire

If you want a place to stay i could not recommend higher this place. I had previously been to Sao Tome and experienced many issues regarding water electricity supply. Due to the facilities at this establishment you will go through your stay blissfully unaware to these issues. The neighbourhood is quiet, people welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Mark personally during my stay but his staff did him proud and catered to all of our needs. I was travelling for business, but this place caters for this and also relaxation should you be on your holiday. This is by far my first choice of places stay while in Sao Tomè.
