Chalé Quitxiba

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.

You will have a perfect rest during this unique and peaceful stay. The house is on the edge of a forest, very close to the Obo Nature Park. A beautiful beach is located about a 10-minute walk from the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, but you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house has a large L-shaped terrace with spectacular views of the plantation with coffee trees, banana trees, citrus and distant ocean.
