Waterfront vacation rentals in São Tomé and Príncipe

Wonderful stay at Yves place. We spent one night and felt at home, in a remote place with stunning view. We ordered dinner, beer and got a wonderful meal inside. Everything was great. For us, the outdoor shower was the coolest thing! The waves are audible through the whole night, which for us was fine, but if you are noise sensitive, bring your earplugs. Overall, definitely recommended for a couple that wants to relax and enjoy the calmness of Santana.

Infinity is a beautiful villa with an excellent view. Its construction uses a natural breeze from the ocean - natural air conditioning. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious deck overlooking the Bay and listening to the sound of the waves.

The house is similar to the listing description. We were a group of 5 friends and I think it's ideal for this house (one fact is to point out the cutlery not enough, there was only for 4 people). The house is very close to downtown Santo Antônio and has several nearby services. We were greeted by D.Didy and Anita who were always very friendly and attentive, and they prepared us a great breakfast!! In terms of amenities it matched what was expected. The furniture in the kitchen is a little worn out, but you can cook and eat at home if desired. I recommend this accommodation!

We had a great time at Yves place, it was the perfect spot in Santana with a beautiful view! We also had dinner and breakfast delievered to the place which was delicious.

Nothing more to say other than it was perfect! I literally miss it as I write this from the next place I booked (which I thoroughly hate 😭). Pls pls pls just pay for the airport pickup because you don’t want to do that drive at night. The food was flavourful and simple so no worries about bellies adjusting. The locals in Prado are SUPER friendly! I recommend you use locals for the Eden waterfall tour as well because it can be tricky and slippery especially in the rainy season. I definitely felt recharged and this is absolutely the one to beat.

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

Lovely and charming home. Elisa was kind and helpful providing a lot of recommendations of things to do. We were a bit confused of where to go and didn’t have phone data upon arrival - so make sure you get clear instructions of where the house is and preferably a driver or taxi organized before you land.
