Had a perfect stay here in the center of the capital. Safe and good place to stay. Also a good place to start your trip around the island. Amilson helped us all the way through our stay. Easy to get a rental, exchange money or organize tours. best local guide! Breakfast is 8€/day/person. Well-done with local fruits. Good service, clean and nice pool.

A casa é parecida com a descrição do anúncio. Fomos um grupo de 5 amigos e acho que é o ideal para essa casa (um facto é apontar é os talheres não haver suficientes, só havia para 4 pessoas). A casa fica muito próxima do centro de Santo Antônio e tem vários serviços perto. Fomos recebidos pela D.Didy e pela Anita que foram sempre muito simpáticas e atenciosas, e nos preparavam um pequeno almoço ótimo!! Em termos de comodidades correspondeu ao esperado. Os móveis da cozinha estão um pouco desgastados, mas dá para cozinhar e fazer refeições em casa, se assim for o desejado. Recomendo este alojamento!

Nous avons passés une nuit dans ce logement familial, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. La chambre est simple, propre, fonctionnel. Nous avons mangés le soir et le petit-déjeuner avec Wilson, sa femme et ses enfants, "comme à la maison", avec un repas local délicieux. La communication est facile puisque Wilson parle très bien français. Ce fût pour nous une belle immersion dans la culture de l'île. Merci beaucoup !

Probablement un des meilleurs logements, si ce n'est le meilleur de notre voyage de 20 jours à Sao Tome et Principe. N'hésitez surtout pas à prendre le souper, très bien cuisiné, spécialités locales excellentes et préparés avec soins et " sans risques pour nos estomacs de voyageurs "pour les voyageurs :) A proximité pour visiter la capitale et les alentours ainsi que pour visiter le Nord de l'île. Internet pas évident sur place, mais il y a un magasin dans le village pour vous procurer une carte sim avec des données pour pas chère et très facilement, et ça va vous rendre le plus grand service durant votre voyage pour faire des recherches, pour le gps ou pour de la traduction ! Merci beaucoup !

Die Unterkunft bei Rui ist ein Traum. Sie ist etwas abgelegen, etwa 1km entfernt von der nächsten geteerten Straße. Sie liegt einsam an einem schwarzen Strand. Das Bellyboarden hat uns besonders viel Spaß gemacht und auch die unbeschreiblich schöne Natur und Tierwelt um uns herum war schön zu erkunden. Rui ist ein hervorragender Koch und er zögert keinesfalls einem bei jedem Problem oder Vorhaben zu unterstützen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Recomendo vivamente passarem umas noites aqui. Uma hosputalidade incrível, excelente pequeno almoço e num local lindo. Daqui vai-se ate a Monte Café, Trindade ou Cidade podendo fazer varias visitas e a estrada é boa, coisa que não acontece e todo o lado em São Tomé. Top!

The location is incredible with astonishing view of ilheu de santana and the ocean. We stayed for one night, and was good enough. The connection with nature is impressive, however could be a bit challenging the open toilet if raining and also the proximity to the ocean means crabs, mosquitoes, ... like many places in the island, there are some dogs, and may try to come in, just chase them away, they don't bite.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast super tasty and with plenty of food. The hospitality of the workers is just great: we were offered a mini-tour with the explanation on local coffee and cacau production. The local coffee is very tasty, do buy the cacau snack and biscuit to enrich your stay!

Casa em frente à praia. Exactamente aquilo que procurávamos! Limpa e organizada, tudo excelente. Não é fácil lá chegar, estradas em bocado em más condições nas redondezas, mas vale muito a pena o esforço. Super recomendo. O restaurante pertencente ao mesmo dono, também têm comida muito boa e funcionários muito simpáticos.

Toller Aufenthalt bei Bastien und seinem Team und sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in den Süden der Insel reist! Es wurde sogar ein Geburtstagskuchen und Blumenstrauß für meine Freundin organisiert. Ein super Aufenthalt bei Bastien. Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Und Bastien ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch, dem man stundenlang zuhören kann. Die Führung durch seine Plantage empfehlen wir jedem, der dort zu Besuch ist. Und extrem flexibel und hilfsbereit war er auch. Die Zufahrt zur Lodge fanden wir übrigens nicht so schlimm wie so oft berichtet. Die Straßen im Süden der Insel sind halt generell schlecht, das muss man einfach wissen. Mit unserem Jimney sind wir problemlos durchgekommen.

Perfekte Lage mit kleinen Häuschen direkt am Strand! Sehr ruhig und abgelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation war zwar nur auf Portugiesisch möglich, aber alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und ein Mitarbeiter hat mit uns eine private Wanderung zum Pico gemacht! Danke für alles, würde gerne wieder kommen!

Our family had a wonderful stay at VANHA. Bastien went above and beyond to host us, especially with the children / he took us on a walk around the plantation, at night set up his telescope to show us the planets and stars. His shop of local products is also amazing! Went home with vanilla pods, interesting tea and although we don’t drink, friends who joined us for a meal happily bought bottles of his bespoke gin from the distillery saying it was “clean and delicious, the best gin in Africa”.

A two-story building is presented, featuring a covered porch area with red chairs. Large windows are visible on both levels, allowing light into the interior. A staircase leads to the upper level, situated behind a gate and surrounded by a tranquil environment.

Quartos extremamente agradáveis no Príncipe e numa ótima localização central em Santo António. A Judite (dona) tem o restaurante no piso térreo sempre com comida deliciosa a sair - façam reserva do almoço ou jantar para assegurar uma mesa e disponibilidade dos pratos! O quarto tem muito boas condições, A/C, água quente e Wi-Fi de boa qualidade (de notar que na ilha desligam a eletricidade às 2h-3h da manhã). Também me deram alguma ajuda para alugar carro ou mota - peçam com antecedência para assegurar que têm veículos disponíveis para aluguer

If you want a place to stay i could not recommend higher this place. I had previously been to Sao Tome and experienced many issues regarding water electricity supply. Due to the facilities at this establishment you will go through your stay blissfully unaware to these issues. The neighbourhood is quiet, people welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Mark personally during my stay but his staff did him proud and catered to all of our needs. I was travelling for business, but this place caters for this and also relaxation should you be on your holiday. This is by far my first choice of places stay while in Sao Tomè.
