Vacation rentals with beach access in São Tomé and Príncipe

I highly recomand this property to all travelers, is a perfcet property and location and the owner and his son are very friendly and trying to help for everything you ask for.

Le séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Les hôtes sont aux petits oignons pour notre confort, s'occuper de nous avec des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Les petits déjeuner sont à tomber ! Et ils ont su nous aider à trouver tout ce que nous avions besoin en ville pour démarrer les vacances sereinement ! Le centre est à 5min et la mer, au pied de la maison. Parfait 👌 😁

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war einfach super…bei Kleinigkeiten war das Personal direkt zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Essen was extra zubereitet wird. Der Weg zum Strand (ca 10 Minuten) ist etwas abenteuerlich aber ohne große Probleme zu bewältigen. Auch die unkomplizierte Auto Buchung hat uns gut gefallen. Wenn es extra Wünsche gibt, wie z.B. SIM Karte, Bier oder frisches Obst, ist das Personal in die Stadt gefahren und hat alles besorgt.

We were happy with Gomez place, he was friendly and helpful. The place was nice and great location right in the city. The listing didn’t have a washing machine when we arrived which was a reason for booking for us but when we spoke with Gomez he arranged for the laundry to be done for us. It did take a couple of days to be returned but we wasn’t charged any extra for this which was good. Gomez arranged our car hire and money exchange which was very useful and also collected us from the airport for a fair price. The check in process was smooth and we were able to check in immediately on arrival in the morning before the usual check in time which was great for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

J'ai vraiment aimé cet endroit, la chambre spacieuse, beau look, une superbe vue avec balcon et portes moustiquaire pour voir la vue même du lit. Une autre fenêtre pour laisser l'air circuler, une grande salle de bain, un grand meuble de rangement, un environnement très tranquille. Toutefois le matelas (du moins celui de ma chambre) n'est vraiment pas confortable, mais supportable. Il y avait des problèmes de température d'eau qui changeait drastiquement... Benjamin, l'hôte est très gentil, mais pas toujours réactif. Le quartier est super pour la tranquilité et pas trop loin du centre ville. Je marchais souvent même si ça prend environs 25 minutes pour arriver en ville. La marche est très agréable à Sao Tomé. Un grand super marché se trouve à 10 minutes de marches et juste à côté du super marché il y a un super resto en bord de mer (un peu caché) qui s'appelle Onda Azul (excellent et bon marché), puis la plage Emilia se trouve à environs 5 minutes de marches. Je recommande!

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

O espaço de Célio é muito bonito, situado numa paisagem paradisíaca. Célio é um excelente anfitrião, sempre disponível para ajudar, dar dicas e nos apoiar diariamente. Com ele sempre por perto sentimos muita segurança e acompanhamento. Surpreendeu-nos muito pela positiva. Aconselho muito este local

Yaras Castle ist derzeit die einzige Möglichkeit, auf der Insel Rolas zu übernachten. Alles ist neu und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Haus ist mitten im einzigen Dörfchen auf Rolas gelegen. Es hat zwei Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer mit Aircondition, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Küchennische mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt 20m vom Haus eine Bar und ein Restaurant für alle Mahlzeiten. Vor Ort kümmern sich Rui und sein Team um alles. Sie haben uns mit einem Cocktail am Strand empfangen, uns die Insel gezeigt, uns Ausflüge organisiert und waren immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie nur möglich zu machen. Rui spricht neben Portugiesisch perfekt Englisch. Vielen herzlichen Dank, für eine tolle Zeit. Wir können Yaras Castle jedem empfehlen, der die wunderschöne Insel Rolas im Zentrum der Welt mit ihren paradiesischen Stränden und vor allem den herzlichen und lieben Bewohnern für länger als einen Tag erleben möchte!

Nice and safe place to stay in Sao Tome. Close to the good restaurants. The host is very responsive, helpful and pleasant person. The house not far from the main road to the beautiful beaches.

Excellent séjour chez José, qui a été un hôte parfait ainsi que toute son équipe ! Lieu à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville, à l’entrée du parc national. Belle Plage accessible à pied !

Marias place was a little oasis in the busy life of Sao Tome. This spacious house and garden felt really safe and relaxed especially with Oscar the care taker and night security on site 24/7. There were lovely views of the bay from the living room & garden. The efficient working air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms along with secure off road parking were of great value to us . Supermarket & town only a short drive away. Just a special thank you to Maria, who helped us out last minute due to mix-ups with other properties. Enjoy your expedition as we did Paul & Angela
