Monthly Rentals in São Simão

Beautifully renovated and decorated house in a very traditional village/small town. The garden with its cooling pool and dining/chilling area was equally beautifully presented as per listing. Although a car is needed to visit the area and for restaurants etc, Casa Arnaldo is in a great location for exploring the area including fantastic beaches, vineyards and historical sites, which Cristina informed us about providing plenty of useful information to make the most of our stay.

Lucianna and James are great hosts. We were unlucky with the weather, as it was rainy and cold by Portuguese standards, but we can only imagine how it would be with sunshine. We will not hesitate to rebook at their cottage on our next visit to the area.

We've been here for the second time, it's a feeling like coming home. We immediately felt comfortable again. This time we were here in winter, it was a bit cool in the apartment at first, Cláudio brought another fan heater the same evening, which immediately made the room pleasantly warm. We can definitely recommend this place!

Carla has been attentive since our first communications. In addition to being helpful, she even left us a box of snacks on our arrival. The house is exactly as described. The space is airy, bright and pleasant and the field next to the house is an additional privilege for those traveling with children. We had an amazing time at the house. I highly recommend it.
