Vacation rentals with a patio in São Romão

The place is in a great location! The view is fantastic. The apartment is part of an old and authentic building, but is modernly furnished, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. And a balcony where you can sit! You will be in the middle of the historical center of Viseu. Guilherme is a very good host, gives tips before you arrive and responds immediately when you have a question. The beds are lovely and the apartment super clean. We stayed there for five days to great satisfaction.

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

Well, what a nice surprise! A closely guarded secret! We chose to stay in Côja and at Francisco's house by sheer chance, we wanted a quiet place, away from the confusion and allow us to spend a relaxed weekend. Francisco's apartment is not only very well decorated, organized and equipped, but it also provided us with everything we were looking for. Beds are spacious and very comfortable! The pool is especially pleasant! We will certainly return and I am sure we will be well received. I recommend it!

Luis was very helpful. directions for self check-in were extensive but clear and Luis called to ensure we understood. location is across the river from main area but that worked for us as a bit quieter and still an easy walk or Uber. parking on site a great advantage. apartment is as expected. fresh apples a nice touch as well as some coffee pods. would not hesitate to recommend.

Recommended! All as described. Amenities clean and useful. Communication with Manuela is easy and efficient. Location: In about 10 minutes to the historic old town. We were in Guarda for 9 days at the end of March and felt comfortable with Manuela.

The place is charming, beautifully designed, and enjoys wonderful outdoor spaces that provide great activities for children. We had a wonderful time!

A beautiful house in a great location with a wonderful view from the terrace, with a very nice natural pool, but a bit cold because of the constantly fresh water. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. We were a bit unlucky because of the wildfires. So we had to leave 2 days early to be sure to get to the airport and catch our plane. Irene was very friendly and open hearted and took great care of the house and pool. We can fully recommend this villa.

our stay at Rachael and her husband was great. They are lovely people, always attentive and super friendly, we are very grateful. The place is beautiful and you have a lot of intimacy and many things close to visit. personally I can't more satisfied and my wife is also delighted, we hope to return another day. Thank you both!

Liliana is attentive and took away all my doubts, left us many fruits and also cleaners . The house is big and very well-equipped, it had everything to cook, and spend 5 quiet days. There is heating in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the kitchen and also in the basement. The house is equipped with games, dishes, machines, utensils, absolutely everything. The surrounding area is very calm, the view is beautiful. But there is nothing to do in Pera, in Castanheira de pear there is already some trade. It's really a house to go to rest, go hiking and isolate yourself .

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Our stay summarized in one word: the paradise. The lost place on the mountain, the house furnished and equipped with everything you need and refined, the pool, the views… we were lucky enough to be alone on the ground and it was wonderful. Few contacts with the owners but effective and availability of Mrs. Concepçao who is super well in charge of the welcome and cleaning. A note for those in the city ;-) at first it impresses to be so secluded but is a delight.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra. The set of opportunities to live together and get to know, will make us return to Coimbra and, of course, again we will be staying with our dear Host Elsa. We present our thanks to the Host! Very convenient location to visit Coimbra on foot while being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

I was for the second time and I can say that it was perfect as well as the first time , everything clean and smelling for those who come to work just like I loved the bathroom because the super relaxing shower! Super indico ! There was nothing left to be desired!
