Biti was super attentive, the house is spacious, very clean and comfortable, ideal for staying with the family. He was also very flexible with the checkout. The place has everything you need — I highly recommend it!

Pleasant environment, I will return more often

The house is very cozy, clean, new, with privacy and security. The neighborhood is very quiet and without any commotion or noise. Close to large supermarkets and the main road, making it easy to go to the beach and São Mateus if necessary. I recommend the house and hope to return again.

The apartment is excellent. Despite being a room, the rooms are spacious. New and comfortable (firm) double bed mattress and another high and comfortable double mattress. Two more single beds. The people in the condominium are helpful and made us feel comfortable. Excellent location. For those seeking silence, you should know that from the apartment you can hear the shows. But since I already knew the location, I rented knowing and it didn't disturb my sleep. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it and rent it again.
