Only 4min of the beach by car and 10min on foot, close to the supermarket, gas station and artisanal choperia. WE DO NOT provide linens and bath linens and do NOT accept pets. Our six-day stay at Jessica's Kitinet was wonderful. The place was impeccable, clean, quiet, independent. Very close to commerce in general. Good location for walks as it is located close to the beach. The place is ideal for a couple. When we return to Conceição da Barra, we will give preference to Jessica's place.

The host Leila, a lovely person, always willing to answer my questions and always in touch. The co-host Solange welcomed us very well, helped with market, restaurant and places to visit, always willing to answer any questions too, and also a lovely person, good conversation etc... We loved our stay at Leila/ Solange's AP. I recommend it

We went to a group of friends, the house serves 12 people super comfortably. All rooms are very large, well equipped and furnished, in addition to the external area being quite wide, even better than in the photos!! The hosts were very welcoming and supportive. It was quite worth it!.

exactly as the ad, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, veranda and garage, great location facing the beach, close to the main avenue of the city, great restaurants, very safe and quiet, there was a little noise because it was a holiday and there were many tourists but it didn't bother us at all, we slept super well... If you stay in Mr. Rigoberto's apartment, there is a great bakery a few blocks away that is wonderful, with a hotel Cafe...
