My experience was PERFECT, I looked for a place near where my sister lives and that was petfrindely (as I would like to take my dog for the first time to Ubatuba). apê was my sister's neighbor and my dog was super comfortable, the photos super match the space.... and the activity of the affintrioes is unique, experience simplistically PERFECT.... You can go without fear.

Amazing location in the countryside of Catuçaba, very quiet and cozy district 30/40 minutes by car from the historic center of São Luiz de Paraitinga. The entire property of the Catuçaba Reserve is a delight, and the Gate House itself is a piece of primor, mixed comfort, rusticity and unparalleled nature. Very affordable hosts, excellent guest support, even feel-at-home hosting. Recommended, just go.

My Mom and I, we had one of the best Airbnb Experiences at Eloísa! It is a centenary town hall, very well located, in a wide near every movement: Church, Square, restaurants and commerce in general. From the windows of the house we were able to follow all the movement of the beautiful Feast of the Divine, it was wonderful! The villa is very cozy. Two bedrooms with good beds, large living room with TV, sound, dining table and kitchen with everything needed. All very airy and clean. Host Eloísa is a joy! It has a great astral, was very careful with us, always kind and attentive to our needs. We love it when Tony, your kitten went to visit us! Undoubtedly we feel at home, different from a simple location. As soon as we can we will return! Thanks for everything Elô and Tony! ❤️

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Very good, Fábio is a sensational person, super attentive, only points was the sofa and wardrobe of the room that bothered, but nothing that hindered our stay, super comfortable apartment and close to the center, the condominium is very good
