Our stay was great... muito gustosa... we always count on the important help of Celin who solved all our requirements and inquiries... the place is idyllic... we value it and enjoy it a lot... we are lovers of the natural and the place is located in an idyllic landscape... with facilities of very good level. Large house that held 11 people. Large and functional spaces. Leisure area with heated pool, barbecue area also with wood oven. Overall, we were glad we found this property on Airbnb. Special thanks to Cassiano (administrator), who gave us all the support we need.

You can rent without fear! The house is EXCELLENT! VERY clean, organized. It was the cleanest airbnb I've ever been! The very spacious rooms. The atmosphere and energy of the house are delicious! All spaces very well distributed, have a garden and is close to the beach! The architecture of the house is a cute one! The kitchen is very equipped, it has all the necessary utensils! And the house has a super infra for beach items, such as chairs, umbrella, stroller to bring chairs, which makes everything even more comfortable! It's super worth it and I highly recommend it! In addition, Paulo and Elza are always very requested. It was an amazing experience! The beach is great too. We have the option of going to the lazaro (nearest) or Domingas Dias. Both with clear waters, cute sand! All very yummy! I will definitely return!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

Exceptional! House is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious and cozy. The kitchen has absolutely everything. We had two architects in the group who fell in love with the house and its decoration. Spotless cleanliness. Julio super considerate. It was well worth the experience.

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

What else to say? Lucas as always is a great host, always of the attention due, the house is a peace, which is why we always return. More than recommended.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The location is excellent, it allows you to rest and yet is close to several shops. Communication with Si was super simple and smooth, at all times she aimed to make things easy so that everything could work well. We really liked the place and hope to return!

Excellent convenience, great value for money, especially for those visiting neighboring cities, such as Campos do Jordão, Aparecida do Norte, etc. Great location close to everything, well-equipped apartment with TV, projector, etc. Host is very nice, helpful, gave a lot of tips and is always ready to help. Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

wonderful week immersed in the lush forest, with the comfort of a very pleasant home and a heated pool. change of scenery and letting go guaranteed. ( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

The stay was spotless. The place is gorgeous, the support 100% of the time available. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, all very neat, of high quality. Quiet place, private, with a wonderful view. It is approximately 25 minutes from the historic center of paraty, I was able to safely go there every day, without any difficulties. The kitchen is equipped with everything (and a little more) than necessary. Breakfast morning on the balcony table, a delight. On the terrain still, there are trails and waterfalls, a delight! It is well worth it. I wanted to stay there forever! Indescribable experience.

the very top and spacious house...we like it very much and the team that worked there at the house are super polite and helpful! We like it very much and we will come back more often when we return to Ubatuba.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
