We were very happy in the 3 days we stayed in our stay. We were off-season (early April), and during the week. Extremely quiet beach, paradisiacal place, perfect for relaxing. The accommodations match the listing exactly. I would return easy!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The host was super attentive and made us super comfortable at home, always responding to messages on the spot. The house is better than the photos, all wonderful and clean, home smells all the time, spacious and very cozy. There are several Utensils, we do not miss anything. It's worth every penny. Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos - and the plus is that the air-conditioning, despite being old as shown in the photos, works very well, we were even cold on the first night. The house comfortably accommodates 13 people and is very well equipped with various dishes, cutlery, pots, airfryer, microwave, etc. The entire barbecue area is wonderful and clean. In addition to the game "room" being very nice. There is a market, bakery and pharmacy nearby - a 15-minute walk and the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk. The hosts answered all our questions super fast and extended our check out from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. so we could enjoy Caragua a little more. EVERYTHING was amazing!!

The house is even more wonderful in person and has all the utensils you need for a good stay. There was absolutely nothing missing from what we need. The decor is beautiful and in very good taste. You feel at home and the urge to stay living there rs. We have a lot of fun with the pingue pongue table and the gourmet outside area is delicious. Only has many pernilongs, carry repellent. Sarah is very kind and understanding, as we took two days of rain, she let us extend our reservation a little bit without charge. Letícia is also super friendly and served us promptly. We will definitely return!

2nd time I stay at this Home Studio in ubatuba and I will definitely come back more often. Clean, cozy and modern place, it felt like home!! Perfect! Thank you Odair once again for welcoming us!

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

The apartment is mto well located, away from the turmoil by the beach, market, bakery, pharmacy. The kitchen is complete, it has accommodated us very well. We love it, we intend to go back.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

i had an amazing experience, at the reception we were well oriented, with easy access to the condominium, when we arrived at the AP, we were amazed by the wealth of details, everything very clean, organized and the decoration of great taste, house clein, the cooking had everything of best quality and with great functionality, differential the washing machine, functional air conditioning well, the functional tvs, impeccable gourmet balcony, the rooms with suite and well organized and smells .
