I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Impeccable apartment! Great location. Perfect communication and everything exactly as described. I recommend it and it is certainly the ideal place whenever you are in the region.

The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

The place was easy to find, the house was extremely clean and organized. We loved the space with the fire pit. Helpful and kind hosts, the pool was cleaned every morning. Very beautiful and pleasant space to relax and with many items that made the stay easier. We loved the trip, including our pet who had a blast, we hope to return soon!

Casa marvellous , we have these days in the family and we have nothing to complain about , on the contrary the house had everything , super cozy and Adriana was always amazing ready to help us, we will definitely come back more often.

The Chácara is beautiful, very well equipped for events, and get-togethers. The host was flexible with the time of entry and also provided very clear instructions that made it possible to arrive at the farm without any problems. Rogério was a great host. Very proactive and very active in answering any questions very quickly. The village gave us tips on how to get there, restaurant and commerce nearby. Also, Dna Inácia, the homemade is a personlike and very discreet. We loved the house and spent a very quiet family weekend. The house was very clean and organized. Full and functional kitchen. The barbecue and pool area is also very tasty. Bate sun all day in the pool, so it even seems to be air-conditioned. Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend! Mto thank you for your welcome! The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
