I loved the house, everything was clean and organized, not to mention the leisure area, I didn't want to leave! Carla was always attentive, answering my questions. Anyway, my family, friends and I loved it, we hope to be back soon!

Tatiane and Gabriel are excellent hosts, always ready to help us with what was needed. Super nice environment, a wonderful view!! Very well equiped house, clean, air-conditioned pool, always a delight! We spent the carnival with friends, family and everything was wonderful! already want to return!!!

Simply perfect! This place is a haven surrounded by nature, lots of peace and comfort. I've been there before and I go back whenever I can. The place has a unique energy, ideal for resting and recharging. The house is super cozy, everything is very well maintained, and the silence is only interrupted by the sound of birds. I never get tired of staying here – whenever I come back, I'm sure I made the best choice. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Clean house, large, just like the photos, we made pizza, barbecue, food on the wood stove, everything perfect. The view is wonderful . We love spending Easter with the family and we felt at home, thank you André !!!

The place and the house are beautiful, very well cared for and we feel very much at home! The dogs and cats kept accompanying us and, for those of us who like animals, it was more of a joy! From the distance from the center it is essential to bring food and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing that was challenging was the road to get to the site. Due to the rain, it had large pools of water and very rugged. We were in a relatively low car and I got a little tense, but everything went well. I highly recommend your stay at Carpir site and hope to be able to return soon :)

We host on Sunday 13/04/2025 to celebrate 10 years of marriage . Our expectation was of a different and safe creative location. We were fully serviced. The home is easily located with a short dirt road without very accessible inconvenience. All contacts with the hosts have been very attentive and kindly. They send a guide with check-in and checkout guidance, various accommodation tips and important city information. Everything is well functional, well structured and clean. We love the landscape and every differential that the bubble brought to us. What a beautiful experience!

A find in the area! The hut has a beautiful architecture, super cozy lighting project and is located in the middle of nature with simply stunning views at all times of the day. Bruno was super flexible and attentive from the first contact serving us with everything we need. Complete experience!

Location just like in the photos. Easy access, flawless cleaning, flexible check-in and check-out. Dedilson responded super fast and I had no problems with the house. Some points that can be improved: Cabinets in the kitchen, I missed storing food, Wi-Fi in the movie theater was very slow, the speed improved only in the morning, but nothing that would disturb us. Bathrooms need a box, even with the curtain the bathroom flooded all, with each bath the bathroom needed to be clean and dry. Great Pool, great location and easy access location, no countryside and super near SP. The movie theater was the reason for going to this location and I didn't regret it. I have enjoyed a lot! I will definitely return! I was able to rest and have a weekend of peace and quiet, which was what I was looking for. Thank you!

The place is gorgeous, as in the photos. We were made to feel very welcome. The only suggestion is that, for the amount charged, they could provide bedding. We had a very good weekend.

We were very welcome by Paulo and his four-legged companions! Paulo is super good people and showed us all the details of the place, in addition to giving us recommendations on what to do in the Guararema region. The place is wonderful, with lush kills surrounding the whole farmhouse, you really feel at peace and in connection with nature. All exactly as in the pictures and description, I recommend to everyone who wants to spend days of peace of mind!

Stunning place, peace and quiet, for those looking for this, this is the place! All very clean, smelling and organized, I felt at home, complete kitchen and the view is breathtaking. The host Juliana was always on hand to answer, you asked me any questions. My stay was wonderful.
