Airy house in a family residential neighborhood of São José dos Campos. We have 3 houses on the property, this one being on the basement level, and it is necessary to access it by stairs. As a courtesy, our guests have a bicycle with gears to make it easier to travel to nearby work/study locations, such as Embraer, INPE, CTA and Labsin. Because they are short routes and have a bike path throughout the route, the bicycle makes transportation more practical and helps avoid spending on Uber.
