Vacation rentals with a patio in São José dos Campos

I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent cost-benefit...

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

Quiet stay, very clean and equipped apartment!

Excellent apartment, well located. Garage requires the driver, but it's not the host's fault, of course. Excellent stay and there is a bakery and 24-hour restaurant at the entrance to the condominium, which was perfect for me. Whenever I go to SJC I'll see the availability.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Edgar was attentive from the moment of booking, welcomed us with great cordiality, showed us the place, gave us some tips on what is nearby and was available. It was very flexible at check-in and check-out, the flat is very comfortable.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and super well equipped! The city had everything we needed and it was super clean! In addition, the region is secure and has pharmacies and nearby markets. I will definitely seek to stay there again if I return to the city!

We love the space of Sandra and André , the pool area is wonderful and the space for barbecue very nice tbm , we had very good times there .... we recommend and we will return 🙏

We loved the lodging and reception of Stephane and family, we felt at home. The place is very nice, the property is in a condominium with a beautiful lake, full of capybaras 😄 The property has several fruit feet and the host allows us to pick up for consumption there are also vegetables and we can spoon to make tea. We love all the affection and intend to come back with more time.

We had a great experience in this accommodation. The house was in great condition and the location was perfect to explore the region. The host was extremely attentive and made all the difference to make our stay even better. I highly recommend it!

Renata e Sérgio were super polite and muuuito gentis. The location was great for me. I brought my iron but in São José it is 220, so Renata lent me an iron to iron my clothes. I would definitely host again.

Great house, well equipped with utensils, a good place to stay, working air conditioning that is a great differential, closed and quiet condominium. I recommend to everyone!

This is the second time I have chosen Fabíola's house to stay, because the place is very welcoming, there is everything you need, outside that there is already ice cold water, basics and pampering! I was hungry when I arrived, I had cookies and chocolate!!!! Thank you for the hospitality Fabíola and Dona Estela, you guys are amazing.

Everything went well in the stay. Very nice place, it was worth it. Communication with Patricia was great.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
