Adriano Marcelo is a great host. He was very flexible regarding check-in, very clear in the guidelines and very kind to us. The perfect environment, very spacious, clean, impeccable bed linens and bathrooms. I highly recommend it!

Good location, extremely nice and friendly hosts. All instructions were given very easily. The apartment has several rooms that are rented to other guests, but during my stay I only had company on the last night, so I was able to get a lot of rest. Everything was very well organized and clean. Supermarket less than two blocks away and all kinds of shops nearby. I highly recommend it!

Second time staying at the apartment, super recommended. Marcus is very attentive. The location is great, very close to two markets and the place is super quiet.

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Very well set up apartment with all the necessary utilities for stay. Place with very nice pool. The very attentive owners made everything ready to receive us. If the intention is to enjoy beaches, there are some very good ones, less than a 20-minute drive. The price charged for the place is fair for what is offered.

The location has an excellent price-comodity ratio. Although it is not located inside the island it is easy to get to using different means of transport.
