The apartment was impeccable, super clean and very well organized! It had absolutely everything we could imagine — from a needle and sewing thread to an iron. The condominium Jacuzzi is wonderful, with an amazing view of the city! Me, my family and our little dog felt at home and loved every moment of the stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

The stay was very good. Eliana is a great host. Since we stayed a month, it didn't include towels or bed linen - but when we asked Eliana, she came to deliver them that same night. She left clear instructions and the apartment is identical to the photos. We used the co-working space, the gym and the washer and dryer. You have to pay R$12 to wash and R$12 to dry. It's easy to schedule the machines and it takes about 40 minutes each. There is no way to dry clothes inside the apartment so you need to use the dryer. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It was a little cold and once they weren't clean. It appears that most people in the building are from Airbnb or similar. The location was excellent. We did everything on foot. Thanks Eliana!

We really like hosting! The house is spacious and comfortable, great for spending the weekend with the family. The differential is the indoor pool, which allows us to enjoy the space even on rainy days. Fernanda left us very much at will and has always been helpful. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining seats. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable linens. It has 4 bathrooms. The gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The taps have both hot and cold water. The dining room has a large table with 8 seats. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very good. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we were comfortably settled in. I recommend it and will return with my family more often.

The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Mariely is an incredible person, who conveys all this affection, care and concern in the accommodation she offers on the platform.

Myself and my family are very fond of staying! The apartment is cute, all renovated, comfortable, very well equipped and the host even gently offered items like toilet paper and soap.
