The accommodation of Néia is cozy, well-equipped, of great location, and the tip she informed about the path via GPS was of utmost importance. Attentive and easy-to communicate hosts. Only the entrance and the garage requires a lot of skill in the maneuvers, the entrance gate is extremely narrow and there is not much free space for the maneuvers. My car is an SUV and passed at the edge of the gate. The Hosts are of exceptional sympathy and attention. Super recommend the accommodation.

Apt, excellent, wonderful host. The difficult thing was to come away! Congratulations on the space, the children didn't even want to leave the apartment, so much that they liked it! We will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is very comfortable. Great location, it is close to the main square, super quiet to stroll through the center and leave the shopping at home and back for the tour. Two things that I did not see anyone commenting on, but they were things that I found a differential, the first one, there is a bakery in front of the apartment, just across the street to have breakfast, another thing, from the bedroom window and the living room to see Christ, I found this very cool. The apartment is very quiet, there was a day when we arrived in the corridor of the apartment, we heard a neighbor with music in a reasonable volume, but when we entered the apartment, there was nothing else to hear.

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot - we just took the car out of the garage to go to the sights that are further away (bridal veil, source of loves, Christ). Cleanliness, comfort, location, space, all the best! Marcos received us with great affection, gave all the support, great tips, was very helpful and kind. Great signal wifi, TV with multiple channels, covered garage and easy to park, elevator. Just relax and enjoy! the backyard space is a big draw, to relax, sunbathe, enjoy with our son. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll be back soon!

Mrs. Iclea responds quickly, everything is very organized, the apartment smells clean, the bedding is all clean and smells impeccable. The apartment has everything you need, everything is perfect. The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

An extraordinary stay. The house is very spacious, well maintained and full of nice touches! Leticia makes you feel at home. One of the nice things is the book with recommendations for things to do in Pinhal. Very well done. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation matches the description and photos exactly. It's a great size to accommodate the right people. The property and facilities are new, as are the utensils. It needs some paint repairs justified by the host. It is up to the next guests to confirm if they have been made. The receptivity and flexibility of the schedules were also a strong point. We really enjoyed the experience and will return if we have the opportunity.

The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, very well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought out with great affection, providing a warm and relaxing experience. Excellent accommodation, I want to go other times and I indicate. Communication with the host was quick, the place is very neat, clean and with the check-in time extremely flexible! The outskirts of the apartment had restaurants and was close to the main points of the city.

We were at the carnival, me and my two children! All perfect! Site very clean, cozy, well decorated. Maria Lígia always kindly, responding quickly. He left clear instructions for the check in. The place has several utensils and it is possible to cook. Bed and bath linen. There is also a water filter in the kitchen, and there is no need to take or buy water. The space is located in a very quiet condominium. It is very well located. Easy access to restaurants, bakeries, markets, local commerce. Sure, we'll return.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
