My family and I are very happy with the choice of this house. The host Mariely is very attentive and kind. She worked hard to meet all our demands and even got a crib for our baby (we were extremely grateful for that). The house is super complete, spacious and comfortable. Located in a neighborhood close to the center, familiar and perfect for those who like a quiet environment. Finally, on behalf of my family, I would like to thank host Mariely, and say that we look forward to returning.

Sensational house with all the amenities we needed! Extremely clean and uncluttered. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything (next to the Guaspari Winery). Álvaro and Letícia were the best hosts we've ever had. We'll be back for sure!

The house, besides being aesthetically beautiful, is very cozy, very well-maintained furniture, everything working perfectly. Carlos offers bath towels, linens and blankets, which for me made a total difference, and even though our stay was in a very cold month (June) the house is warm, so only the blankets he offered met our needs. The house has many outlets, we don't have a shortage of them. The differential is the bed in the suite that has a massage mattress, it's perfect! Carlos was very kind, he responded quickly throughout our stay. I recommend without fear!

House near the main winery (Guaspari), Diego lives next door, so he is close and available for any problems. We had no problems, clean house, with the necessary for a good stay.

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply amazing. Best experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Very well located house, close to bars, restaurants, and tourist spots. Extremely clean, impeccable dishes, bed and bath linens as well. Care is evident in everything, even toiletries are available in the bathrooms. The kitchen contains excellent appliances and quality utensils. Maria Letícia was very kind to welcome us with cake, fruit and coffee. Each one is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and even better than described. There's a house manual, with explanations of the city and tips on where to go, wonderful! Easy checkin and checkout. I will definitely return!!

Apartment super well located, in the center and close to everything. We didn't need to take the car out of the garage, we did all our walks on foot. The photos of the listing faithfully match the apartment, which was super clean and organized. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and Márcia and João Pedro gave us full support. I recommend it.

The check-in was super easy and quick. The location is absolutely wonderful, it's close to everything. There's even a pizzeria/restaurant on the same sidewalk that's perfect!! For those who are tall or a little heavier, as was the case with my husband, it can be a little difficult to use the bathroom and shower, due to the limited space (but we managed to find a way). Clean apartment, very cozy, great linens, very good quality towels!! Ana was super helpful and polite, the TV was broken when we arrived, but she quickly and promptly fixed everything. He gave me several guides for tourism and food, and he responded very quickly. The building itself and all its infrastructure is wonderful, just be sure to ask questions about any area of the building that requires scheduling (e.g. laundry) or a fee to use (e.g. gourmet area)!! Stay tuned for the condominium rules too! I loved getting to know the city and it was an amazing week. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is excellent and the condominium wonderful (it even looks like a club) ... everything is clean, organized, smells nice and is airy, it met all our expectations, I intend to return more often. The condominium staff are very responsive and polite. Sylvia is a great host, I highly recommend her.

We had a wonderful experience in our stay! The house was excellent, exactly the same as in the pictures, which made us very pleased. Bed and bath linens were of great quality. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower worked perfectly, with very hot water. City had a nice hairdryer! The kitchen was complete, with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living room was large and welcoming, ideal for interaction. The Internet worked perfectly, allowing two people to work simultaneously online without any problem. The common area also exceeded our expectations, being comfortable and perfectly illustrated in the photos. Also, the surrounding countryside was simply beautiful! We went to the blues festival in the mountains and the host, Gil, was exceptional! He did everything to support us by offering tips and transportation options. Gil made us super comfortable and was always available! We recommend and will be back with friends!

Each space in Gloc Villa brings a new experience, and this time it was incredible to combine a lot of comfort and spaciousness at the same time. Inside and out! What a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains! I'll be back!

Catherine was an excellent host. Very friendly and attentive, she always answered us and was kind to offer us indications of events.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
