I, my mother, sister and my kittens love it too much. Condominium club and very close to the Centre and main attractions. Wells is very beautiful city. Kind and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and amazing accommodation of good!! And don't worry about portable water, there's a lot of yay!! Mega recommend.

Great apartment, well clean and airy. Complete leisure area. The access staircase to the beds can be a bit difficult for people with limited mobility. Communication with Talita was agile, attentive and receptive. Town hall facilitated access to the apartment by arriving later. 24/7 Ordinance.

Excellent accommodations. Easy to reach place, very organized and very close to downtown. Very nice and pleasant dependencies, I was able, in addition to enjoying the charms of the city, to train every day. Very proactive hosts, respond very quickly. The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Without a doubt the best accommodation! Located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access and close to everything. The city has many attractions for those who appreciate wines, olive oil and cheeses. There is a culinary street with many amazing restaurants. Milce's accommodation is even better than the photos, a large, beautiful, cozy, well ventilated and very well-equipped home. We were greeted with great attention and affection, with a delicious jar of acerola juice, a basket of goodies from the region and our dog Bruce got a personalized hygienic tappet. We only have to thank for the days we were able to enjoy the stay and we want to return soon.

My family and I loved Marco's house, a beautiful house, well located and complete. Marco was very attentive and Sandra welcomed us very well, they are excellent people!

We had a wonderful stay on Eloisa Airbnb in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, the Ondina Casar. The experience exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean and very well organized, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Espírito Santo do Pinhal is a city full of attractions, and tourism is growing, especially due to wineries and rural tourism. For those who wish to explore this charming town, I highly recommend staying at Casarão Ondina. Sure, we'll be back!

The place provides an extremely pleasant experience due to the wealth of details from the landscaping, furniture, decoration, lighting, all very well integrated with the exuberant nature around. There is a wonderful view from both the room and the overlook. And Gil and Carminha are very friendly and caring hosts. An amazing place!

Gláucia is very friendly and communicative, the apartment is very well equipped, excellent for 2 people. Very well located also, close to several sights, my wife and I were very well received by her who gave us control of the garage and the keys of the apt, gave us prompts and made us feel at home. It's not for nothing that has so many positive reviews, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful. It was very clean, smelly, organized and is even more beautiful in person. The building has an elevator which makes it very easy, parking and it is quiet. It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
