Great apartment in an awesome location. Denise is super responsive and friendly. The apartment is incredibly safe with facial recognition technology for entry and exit. Fantastic amenities and right next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place close to absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly recommend the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood, it's on the corner on the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for couples with children, the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for children, Eliane is very nice! I recommend it a thousand times!

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

Great accommodation! Great space, large balcony and with amazing views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, on the edge of the sea, on the very busy part of the waterfront, near the feirinha. Check-in and check-out were very quiet and quick, everyone's facial registration made the environment safe. The accommodation was clean and organized! Tb has parking and has a market, gym and swimming pools. I and my family loved it, it was an excellent choice, we spent 5 days and had everything we needed! We will return more often and refer to friends!

Maria do Carmo's space is excellent! The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but full of attractions, restaurants, bars. Space on the second floor, climbing a small flight of stairs. The space itself is ventilated, quite clean, with several amenities, such as air conditioning, collective washing machine, space for hanging clothes, full kitchen, even shampoo and soap had! Equipado and designed for all everyday situations. Thank you very much, we will be back!

The days I spent at Laércio's apartment were amazing. I took a trip with my family and we chose Airbnb for privacy, comfort and flexibility. Laércio delivered much more than that, always serving us promptly and giving local tips and recommendations. The environment was impeccable, the view is stunning and the building is very quiet. The service from both the host and the concierge was excellent. The apartment is extremely true to the photos and very complete. In the vicinity, you can find everything from essential services (pharmacy, market, restaurants) to a variety of leisure options. I just got here and I already want to come back.

Paulo was an excellent host, extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment is exactly like in the photos of the listing, pleasant, clean and very safe environment. There is a little market just steps away from the place, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and everything we need for a comfortable stay. I was there with my daughters and nephew and we like the place so much that we want to return soon. Thanks for everything, Paulo, our experience was the best possible !

We are in the habit of traveling to the coast of Ceará as a family, and this house was one of the best we have ever rented! The house has beautiful architecture, with a well-ventilated garden! It comfortably accommodates a large family! The caretaker and the owner were very helpful, they made our checkout time more flexible! 10/10 stay, I recommend it!

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

The stay at Mr. 's apartment Rubem was very pleasant from the first moment in Ceará. I was very well received by him and his also kind wife from the transfer from Fortaleza airport to his apartment at Tabuba Beach. During the stay practically every day asked if everything was okay and if he was in need of anything, always ready to help... Mr. Rubem is a true gentleman, and he and his wife D. Meire was certainly key to my special experience in Caucaia!!!

It is worth the accommodation, unfortunately the place was in trouble in the elevator all the time of the stay and because it was Carnival and still with rain it complicated the locomotion. I have nothing to complain about the room and the hostess, all very tidy, .limpo and tasteful.

It was an incredible experience in Fortaleza, as for the AP everything was as advertised, but the TVs in the rooms did not work and in relation to the lack of a sandwich maker this was resolved immediately, but in the overall context it was great, we felt at home!

Poliana was very friendly and professional. The place was gorgeous, very spacious and in a very nice area. I’d definitely stay there again.

It is from those places that we want to live. Perfect township? Nothing will be perfect, but it's among the best I've ever used. Adequate environment for couples. Good bed, well-kept and functional facilities. We missed the Smart TV for our series, but we didn't go to stay in the unit. We lacked sponge and detergent, we provide it, towel, but we use napkins. There was a bit of coffee, but not the paper filter, by the way, Carlos, buy on the shopee one of those washables that will restore that. The location is perfect, restaurant in the lobby, market next door, restaurants in the vicinity, near the feirinha and all infra of the beach. The hotel has daily storage service, you can leave for the quiet tours. The minibar is great. Qto the sidewalks, the operator picked us up and returned it at the door of the building. Internally the Flat is very pleasant with indirect lighting and comfortable furniture. The balcony is small but enough. The utensilios available cater well. We recommend this option and will use it again!!
