Just one piece of advice for Lydia: we missed a washing machine. But we rented according to the announcement that there would be no washing machine. It was an excellent stay, the apartment is exactly as in the pictures, super cozy, very clean and smelling good and quite comfortable, it feels like we are really at home. We were very well received by the host, great communication, very helpful and attentive. It's really worth the local accommodation, quiet, safe, easy to access and close to a lot of cool things to do. We'll definitely be hosting more often

The apartment was very well located, facing the beach with restaurants and palm trees. The place is extremely quiet and relaxed. The building is very safe and has a beautiful pool. The host responded quickly to a couple of minor issues we had. In addition, he proactively reached out to us to see if everything was okay.

What an amazing place! Both the resort and the apartment itself. About the resort, it's foot in the sand, an exceptional structure, amazing landscapes, wonderful pools. About the apartment, it is of extreme good taste. All working very well, very well equipped kitchen, very spacious with 3 large bedrooms being 1 suite. A very large balcony with table, sofas. All very neat and neatly organized, I recommend.

Marcus' lodging was excellent. Very well cared for, clean and cozy. We had all the utensils at our disposal at the event to use and we didn't miss anything. It would surely return!

It was an incredible experience in Fortaleza, as for the AP everything was as advertised, but the TVs in the rooms did not work and in relation to the lack of a sandwich maker this was resolved immediately, but in the overall context it was great, we felt at home!

Beautiful place close to absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly recommend the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood, it's on the corner on the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for couples with children, the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for children, Eliane is very nice! I recommend it a thousand times!

The atmosphere is very cozy and private. It has a great location and ventilation, which always leaves it with a pleasant climate. I booked it because I needed to stay close to UECE, and I really achieved the goal, as it only took about 10 minutes by car. The environment is clean, organized and Ana Karísia welcomed me very well, even making check-in flexible. Thank you so much for the stay.

I went with a group of 12 people. Everyone was very good in the apartment has a full kitchen, utensils, the suites with bathroom, as well as lavatories scattered around the house. An interesting fact of the dynamics of the house is that the kitchen and living area are upstairs, most likely due to air circulation. A great advantage is to be safe in a condominium, with privacy and quick access to the beach and pool. Another house advantage is a dishwasher with 8 services, something very rare in the homes of Ceará. The structure of the house is very good, but it seems little used, with some points with rust, jammed or worn out. But this does not compromise the stay. Power was missing several times, which is a power utility problem. Finally, the hostess answered all our calls and still found a car seat for rent. As future improvements, it could have a hair dryer, airfryer, barbecue skewers, wine glasses. Everyone loved it!

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

We had a great vacation there, they get all the assistance from Gerson. Nice apartment, spacious, suites with air conditioning. The only thing though was the TV that didn't work. The condominium, foot in the sand, is well cared for, with swimming pool, playground, game room, court and restaurant with good food. Beautiful beach, but on the stretch in front of the condominium there are many stones, which requires care at high tide. Finally, the city should clean the beach because there are stretches with accumulated trash.

Simply wonderful stay! The resort is a paradise, all very clean and well taken care of. The house is impeccable, all well organized and with space for family to be very comfortable. And the host is solicitous, responds quickly and gives super helpful instructions. We fell in love and will definitely be back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.
