It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

I travel a lot and always stay in houses or hotels/inns, and I've never seen such a clean, complete and organized house. Everything was brand new (kitchen utensils, furniture, appliances) I just felt right at home. In addition to being close to everything, it is a very quiet place. I recommend it because it's definitely a place I'll be back to. Super fast, agile service and Arthur is very kind.

( One of the best we've ever been) 5 - Great toilets and showers. 5 - Very quiet street with little movement ( Although very close to Praia ) 6 - Mr. Raimundo always answered us quickly. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Cons - 1 - A little mildew when we entered the house. (Common well in closed house) 2 - Washing machine with (slightly loud noise) 3 - It is good to bring a fan together. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ In short - We really like the stay ( Great cost-benefit ) +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ OBS - Mr. Raimundo has provided us with house 1 at no additional charge. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Fran was extremely available at all times, I requested pool cleaning and gas exchange, she quickly met everything that was requested. the location is wonderful and the nearby beach was very good with few people. We really want to go back

Casa marvellous! We spent a holiday of peace and rest, the house has modern and cozy infrastructure, there is absolutely nothing missing. Great play area (pool, lawn, deck) the children had fun in contact with nature. I highly recommend!

We really like to stay at Letícia's house. The owner is your Gilmar who is her father. Very responsive and polite. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all the bedrooms, wardrobe, bathroom with a good shower. We passed the find with family and it was pretty cool. Pena that on Saturday is cloudy and windy. Domingo we enjoy a beach.

Primo Cost Benefit, the house is completely renovated and the location is perfect for those looking for tranquility but also the convenience of being a few blocks from the neighborhood's local commerce. We spent very nice days at Daniel's place. The house is well-equipped and close to Itaguaçu beach, it is possible to walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Cozy house, comfortable, safe, great pool, wonderful edicule had up to another fridge, pillow and sheets, shower of the three bathrooms working perfectly. The bakeries, kiosks, cafeteria, markets and pharmacies were relatively close. The beach is beautiful! Host Jamile, responds quickly and gave us a number of cool tips. My family and I love it and will definitely be back more often.
