Great stay. Very well equipped and cozy apartment, there was nothing missing. And the condominium is great. The co-host's reception was very good, and communication with Mr. Fabiano was quick and effective, and he is undoubtedly a very kind and accessible person.

The host couple was extremely helpful, they provided all the information clearly. The apartment is a delight, we felt at home, with all the necessary utensils, a giant TV with many channels. Condominium with plenty of infrastructure and very well organized. We'll be back for sure. We loved the place. It was worth every moment.

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apartment is great and the reception too. They welcomed us with great affection ♡

A wonderful apartment. Everything you need is there, including washer and parking space. The Antonia and Robilson were always available, friendly and helpful, and Robilson visited me regularly, asked about my well-being and always brought fresh vegetables or fruit. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is very good, close to everything, the place is very quiet too. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need on a daily basis and Juliana was super sweet and attentive!

Joselita's place matches the listing 100%. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance to the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close, but it is necessary to unload the car before putting it in the space. The parking space is large, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent bathing. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the building, garage. We found the Mercado da Vila, with the essentials for everyday life, it met our needs. There are two coffee shops and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (request by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunchtime and hamburgers at night. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but you need to use a car. We had a great experience and recommend the space.

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

The apartment is great! Access to the beach is wonderful! Jacqueline very proactive and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

The place itself is very beautiful: residential condominium in front of the sea, with private access to Praia do Tabuleiro; beautiful view of the ap. and the common area of the condominium to the beach; hot and large swimming pool. Very quiet and family place, excellent for rest! We love and will be staying with Marcelo again.

The place is amazing, it was very clean on our arrival with all the kitchen utensils in sight, it is better than in the photos, complete condominium, no need to leave the condominium, it has everything you need, the beach and pool are amazing, the outdoor space of the condominium is clean. A tip to improve the stay would be air conditioning in the double room. The staff who received us were very polite and every time I needed something I got a reply on WhatsApp! Congratulations!!
