Excellent accommodations, good quality bed and bath linens, all in good taste, excellent beds and the hostess is very organized and attentive. The difficulties are the location in a town like Joinville where everything is very spread out and we did not want to ride with our car also due to the difficulty of parking in the city, in addition to the lack of commerce nearby. But if the guest wants to get around by car or hasn't gone by plane, it's perfect.

Excellent stay. I stayed after surgery, and the team was extremely helpful. Due to surgery, I needed more pillows and blankets, the team promptly assisted me. Very clean place, impeccable towels and linens, still in post-wash plastic. Full kitchen, comfortable sofa that opens. Excellent stay.

the house is sensational, exactly according to the listing. when we arrived Rose answered us promptly , polite and kind. the house was smelly , beds arranged. the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. we love the space. the beach in front is quiet, very family... good for children. close to markets, bakeries. for sure we will return

Our family experience was great! The house is large, clear and airy and very well behaved my family. The air conditioning works perfectly and left the whole house fresh. We have a two-year-old son and there was plenty of room in the bed (queen) for us to sleep on three, and even then the hostess included an extra mattress at no additional cost. In particular, I loved the kitchenware (AM table placed), our only difficulty was the size of the pans, but other than that the house has all the structure for us to sleep and cook on the spot and is very close to the beach. It also has all the beach items available for 4 people — which has freed up a lot of space in our car. Vany is one of the best hosts I've ever had, she was a lot of requests and gave great recommendations. We love and we will definitely be back.

Excellent hosting! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and attention to the smallest details. The house is excellent and served me and my family perfectly. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will certainly come back other times. I highly recommend it!!!

Local super quiet, even though it was a way to nearby beaches it was super quiet. Comfortable and complete house, including the outdoor kitchen, so much so that we only use it during the stay. You can walk both to the beach and to cove. I did not find the owner in person, but was always available on the phone. Karin and Claiton were loved ones.

We spend very pleasant days with family rest and fun, the hosts are very attentive and helpful. I definitely indicate the residence.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Joselita's place matches the listing 100%. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance to the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close, but it is necessary to unload the car before putting it in the space. The parking space is large, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent bathing. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the building, garage. We found the Mercado da Vila, with the essentials for everyday life, it met our needs. There are two coffee shops and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (request by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunchtime and hamburgers at night. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but you need to use a car. We had a great experience and recommend the space.
