Great location. Local well family, everything impeccable. Perfect house with everything you need, impeccable pool, riverfront house, with clean water, beachfront to the house. The house is very spacious , many rooms, well accommodates everyone. All air-conditioned. Surroundings of the house with very friendly native population, extremely safe place. I loved it all and we want to go back again. Personally surprised because it was cheap compared to everything it had available and personally and even better than in the photos. I can't dislike you. Various environments for leisure. Garage wide all over the lawn.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The condominium is very quiet, great for those who want to rest. Dirce, a relative of Fernanda, helped a lot throughout.

We loved our trip! Hosts Sandro and Monica are wonderful!! Super considerate, friendly, and respond almost instantly. Our stay was perfect and we definitely plan to come back. The place is wonderful, a little piece of paradise! For those who like a quiet place, it's a great option. The beach is wonderful, super peaceful. The place is exactly as the photos show. When we arrived, everything was so clean and smelly to welcome us. Exactly on the side of the house there is a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas I've ever had, from Mrs. Renate, super friendly too. They were wonderful days of rest and in contact with nature, which allowed us to invigorate our energies!!

My stay at Lúcia's place, located on the beautiful Itaparica Island, on Aratuba beach, was just amazing! Village is a paradise: safe, well cared for, with an impeccable structure and a breathtaking view. The house is perfect, extremely well-planned and equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every striking detail: the pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing; the barbecue was ideal for moments of fraternization; and the... indescribable view! The location is also excellent, with Aratuba beach a few steps away, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Besides, Lúcia, the host, is a separate show. She is extremely helpful, attentive and super friendly, always available to help and full of valuable tips about sights and experiences in the region. Your hospitality made all the difference in our stay. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely be back.

PERFECT Nothing could be better!!! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than on the photos. The welcome by the host was great, really feel at home. The House is airy, with everything very well taken care of, perfect location with a nearby beach (maximum 200 mts), barbecue area in front of the pool… for sure we will return.

My whole family and I enjoyed it very much, excellent house with a lot of privacy, Mr. Arthur was very helpful, he made our check-out time more flexible. Equipped kitchen and barbecue, served us very well. Overall, it was worth every penny. gratitude to Mr. Arthur for everything.

The boy who takes care of it super sympathetic, explained everything, left the house all tidy. Peace and tranquility is the perfect description. The beach is close by, and the best time is the afternoon. In the morning you can go to other beaches like Salinas that is very close. The city itself is very small then but it contains everything. The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. In the most note 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

It was a wonderful stay, the place is exactly as advertised, very quiet and comfortable. Hosts Bianca and Wagner were very helpful! We hope to return more often for sure because the place won us over!

The house is in a good location and is spacious and well maintained. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Equipment in good condition but kitchen utensils could be updated. Despite having a freezer and washing machine in great condition, the lack of a microwave is noteworthy. The support staff (Anderson and Jo) are kind and efficient.

The house is better than the photos, spacious, functional and comfortable, great swimming pool and barbecue area. The fact that you have a wall separating the house from the beach ensures privacy and increases the feeling of security. We were very well received by Mr. Lazaro and Mrs. Dina, always helpful. The beach at this time is very busy, but it was possible to shower in the sea (calm and warm). Anyway, great option to stay on the island.

The hosting was wonderful! All very clean, organized and with a super cozy vibe. Juliana and the housekeeper were extremely helpful. And best of all: it's a foot in the sand, with stunning scenery! Ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. Super recommend!

We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. It's clear that the host's family is always there! It varies leisure options for children, safety and amenities, I highly recommend it, especially for those with a family travel proposal.

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and everything is very nice. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but those responsible for the guardhouse are very attentive. The path to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low is super quiet, but when it is high it is a little scary (we chose to go to another beach that has a structure of huts that is a 5-minute drive). The only inconvenience was the pool, which was not suitable for use. According to the responsible guy (I don't remember his name now, but he's a super nice, pleasant and helpful guy) she had a problem that was making the water color cloudy. For us it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax for a few days in the midst of nature, it's really worth it!
