Gina's house is a total charm. Arejada, amazing view of the sea, surrounded by a beautiful garden with wonderful furniture and decorations and the very well equipped kitchen. In addition to the more Gina and her husband received us personally and responded quickly to our requests for suggestions from restaurants, markets, etc. We love the house and they too. My stay was great! Easily accessible place and with very clear host instructions. Street with several options of restaurants, markets, bakery and other shops. The apartment matches the photos exactly and is impeccably clean. The host was very friendly and available. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would return.

I highlight the reception! Total layout, passed the guidelines correct! The condominium is closed, quiet, ventilated, familiar and safe. City Council has gatekeepers who made my identification and were super gentle when I arrived! The AP has a password lock and can enter without the presence of the host. Everything sanitized and functioning well ! A differential among many other places nearby are: comfortable beds, dishes for cooking and the air that freezes super well. There are enclosures and towels available and a normal working electric shower. Great sleep! Perfect for working during the morning tb. I do not advise the traffic on the left (external) side behind the condominium as it is desert and with bush. The entrance and paved street on the right side are super quiet and give access to Av Quitéria. Just below, nesa rua, has a “Big Box” market that has everything you want to buy (meat, chicken, fruit, drinks etc…) The price of the AP is fair and I advise the stay. I will return next year without a doubt!

It was all as expected, cozy, very pleasant place, welcoming host and very responsible for the stay, attentive and resolved it was necessary promptly. The place is very pleasant for those who like to sit and the beach is beautiful, only it can not waver with full tide, as on most beaches facing the open sea. The house had everything we needed, everything working, and with quality, we just suffered a little the heat of the summer, because we had no air conditioning at the moment, but we met with fans.

The house space is good. Excellent condominium, calm, quiet and beautiful. The house utensils are new and functional, with good quality mattress and shower. Amanda was very attentive and always responded very quickly. The only part that is not so satisfactory is the neighborhood, kind of isolated, without much commerce nearby. I recommend the stay.

Our experience was amazing! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and close to the beach. The fruit tree stumps make the environment even more special! The shower was essential for hot days, and the balcony with a hammock brought that perfect touch of rest. Mosquitoes appear, but nothing incense can't solve. As the market is a little far away, it's worth taking everything on the first trip. And the beach… simply wonderful! Clear, warm and super calm waters. Lucas was an incredible host! Always communicative, sending super helpful messages and full of good tips. Thank you very much for all the attention and hospitality!

The stay with Carlos was excellent! He always proved very communicative and willing to help. The house is the same as the photos, very wide and very close to the beach (about 2 min walking). The place is peaceful great to rest! Carlos gave great recommendations of markets and places for lunch. The beach is very quiet, crystal clear and without waves besides having stalls on the beach. At Camino da Praia we find a very fun and cool karaoke bar! Great stay, I will return again when possible!

Great stay! Large and comfortable house, comfortable beds! I'll definitely be back soon! Just as a suggestion, I could improve a little in relation to the cleanliness of the house, I think the time between the departure and arrival of the guests was little to do a more proper cleaning! It's still a great stay!

The stay at Cacha Pregos was wonderful. The house corresponded to the listing. Communication with Cynthia was quick and she was super nice and helpful in meeting and greeting us. The street is quiet and from the house you could hear the sound of the sea and in the morning the singing of the birds. We spent special days!

The house is great, with a very spacious backyard and full of fruit (cashew, lemon, araçá, papaya). Unfortunately we had problems with the refrigerator (inefficient operation even after maintenance) and with the internet that was out of the air in half the period of our stay. The Hosts were helpful and helped resolve, as far as possible, with the return of 11.5% of the total amount paid in the app as a way of repair. Another information we would like to have known before the reservation: the sea bath is controlled by the condominium that follows a privatist logic: they surrounded the access to the beach, with gates open only in the period from 7 to 18. We recommend the space for those who are on vacation/rest and are content to catch a beach or walk the sand only during the day. We do not recommend for those who will depend on the internet and want to work remotely, because the provision of the service proved to be a failure and that post-expedient sea bath will only happen if you are “ask bença” for security.

Everything was very clean and tidy in the house. My family and I had everything we needed in the house. The condominium is a very safe and quiet spot. The host would respond to messages quickly and pass all the information we needed promptly! The host provided us with complimentary mineral water, which was very good because we didn't need to buy water. The information he sent for check in and out was very well organized! I really enjoyed the stay, it was very worth it!

Ivan's apartment is very well located, in a simple, relaxed and pleasant environment. It has a good swimming pool, parking and a foot in the sand. The contact was surprised by the quickness in the answers, since Ivan is quite requested, promptly answering the requests. I just have to thank you. For added comfort, I suggest guests to go with bed and bath linens.

Nayara is a great host, super attentive and helpful. The cozy and very clean apartment! Lu who received us, super friendly too. Barra do Pote beach is great for children, but you can stroll through the other tbm beaches. We love the stay. God willing, we'll come back other times.
