What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

The house is comfortable, access to shops and groceries in general. Carrefour, a mile from Carrefour. The beach a little far away, but accessible for those who like a walk. Super attentive amphritrions and charismatic neighborhood, both of them helped us with our needs there. I really like and highly recommend 😊

Marinalva is a sweetheart, when we arrived she was already waiting for us, she was extremely polite and recommended several places in the area, such as supermarkets and bakeries! The house was very organized, well equipped and very cozy. I loved it, and we'll be back more often!

EXCELLENT , VERY ORGANIZED FLAT

Estadia was quiet, the building system is great, 24h concierge, friendly porters and quiet neighbors. The apartment is clean, fans were important and worked well. It has a coexistence in front of the address that helps and the building has a 24-hour market with some emergency items. I do not recommend only ordering pizza from the mama pizzeria that has leaflets in the building, one of the people from the apto ate the pizza and had food poisoning, calabresa was very strange, after being hospitalized one day she was fine. The ap is great, clean, it has everything we need! Everything works perfectly. In addition to the optimal location. Super close to the beach, market, bakery and all the places we went for a walk. We saved the car in the garage and only took it out to leave. Leonardo always responded quickly to my messages and was super understandable in relation to the conditions of my dog. We love it and will be back more often for sure.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

very clean and spacious apartment, my family and I loved the place, we only had one discomfort with the beach service, but we talked to the staff and everything was resolved, we will definitely come back, the location is great, with a bakery, market, pharmacy all close by!! we are 100% satisfied, the night shift receptionist welcomed us very well and was very helpful!!

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.
