I can say that the space and the people are wonderful, Liliane and Ari are fantastic people, I can't describe the help and satisfaction in helping me. The place is calm and quiet, good to get your head on straight. I recommend it without a doubt.

My stay at Daniel and Erica's was wonderful! I explained that there were some details about check-in and checkout and were very helpful with me! The house is cozy, quiet, private. The place is very close to bars, pizzerias, bakeries and markets. For me, the MOST positive point of all was the gas cooker, which gives the freedom to cook the night after the tour. The only thing I realized only when I arrived, is that in the photos there is an extra window, which I asked about it before and arriving at the house I realized that there was no more, it was closed with concrete. In my case it was important to know in advance because the other window, outside this one, had grid and I am claustrophobic. However, I managed to adapt and the lack of the extra window did not have any demerits in the stay. Great apartment if you're studying or working at USP or around the Butantan area. It could get noisy at certain periods but you can close a door and the problem is solved. Patricia and Davi are always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times.

We love the house, very simple and cozy. Juliana's parents are very polite and kind people, they made us very comfortable. We gave great recommendations from nearby locations for walks, played with our daughters all the time, they loved them. thank you very much Juliana.

We were very well received by Márcia e Antônio, extremely polite, sympathetic and kind. It was my granddaughter's birthday, and Márcia presented my granddaughter with such a beautiful Barbie! We were super grateful for the delicate mimic on her part. The place is simply lovely! Extremely clean, clean linens, in the bathrooms there was Natura soap available for guests, I thought it was amazing! Organized space, every space decorated with very good taste. Vi delicadeza at home detail of the location! Because it is a walled house,is perfect for animals. My little puppy loved the freedom to be free off the leash walking the entire place without an escape route, which I thought was wonderful. The pool lights at night are a charm! A Jucuzzi is a delight! The very clean and trimmed lawn, plants and flowers very well cared for. Very quiet place, no external noise, only the crickets singing the night! Wonderful! We'll be back for sure! Unforgettable place!

Once again, the stay with Karolina and Paulo was impeccable. Silence, tranquility, cleanliness, comfort and the feeling of literally being at home. I hope to stay here for many months to come. Living in São Paulo is less difficult with this welcome and affection.

Our accommodation was great. It was possible to accommodate the 18 people, as the host informed us. We had a problem with the shower, but it was promptly resolved. Everything is as advertised and everything was very clean. We will definitely go back.

It was a great experience staying with my family at this home. The house is large, very spacious, clean, safe and very well located (close to Villa Lobos park, the nearby bakery restaurants). Kriks is amazing and helpful in everything we need.

The place is very cosy, it has everything you need, even for long stays. The neighborhood is super quiet (it really is), I felt safe, there is everything close to it, an otima regiao. Karina is super gentle and requests, welcomes us with open arms. I recommend your stay.
