Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located between Niort and Poitiers in a place called the countryside, 3 km from the shops and 10 minutes from the A10. Private parking available. Fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet with sink. 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 bed and 2-seater sofa bed. Baby equipment available on request. Linens and towels provided for stays of 2 nights or more.

3 independent houses, 1 with 4 bedrooms, 1 with 3 bedrooms and 1 with 2 bedrooms. In total 19 people(inc kids age3+) can be accommodated, we can stretch to 21 but there is extra charge €30 per person. There's a large indoor games room. In the garden there's table tennis, football, climbing frames, swings, slides, hammocks and Petenque. There's a outdoor dining area, pizza oven, bikes, bbqs and heated pool. This is the perfect location for family and friends to get together.

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)
