Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

From Fè is our holiday home in Cuglieri, a small village in central-western Sardinia at the foot of Montiferru, well positioned in a convenient area of the town, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services. The house has a panoramic terrace with a table for outdoor dining, from which you can admire the sunset, the sea and the surrounding mountains. Just a 15-minute drive from enchanting beaches. Ideal for those looking for tranquility, nature and authenticity.

Two-room apartment consisting of: Entrance, living room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable table with 4 chairs, a modern kitchen with induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and a freezer. Bedroom with a French double bed and wardrobe with sliding doors. In the bathroom there is a shower , suspended sanitary ware, a hairdryer and a washer. A patio with a garden where you can eat. There are mosquito nets throughout the house

Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory.
