The renowned beaches of the coast of Oristano and Bosa are only 30 kilometers away; after a day at the beach, you can enjoy the silence and the cool night.

The house is arranged on three levels: Living room entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with French bed (140 cm), large bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, a bathroom, and if necessary, a second kitchen. The house is completed by a large terrace on the second and top floor

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. Beautiful loft studio with large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
