Amazing house in Sarria - Sant Gervasi neighborhood and next to Gracia neighborhood. It is very bright house and with large spaces; it is a unique house. It has a swimming pool with a garden with small stones. An attic for moments of relaxation. A large kitchen for several diner guests, living room, studio, etc. You also have an elevator and parking. Five minutes away from the subway: First station, Gracia, second station, Diagonal, then Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña (center of Barcelona). The neighborhood is very quiet because it is a residential area, but it is close to Gracia, the fashionable nightlife district of Barcelona. The average price per week is 2,500 Euros and includes everything (electricity, gas, sheets, and final cleaning). The booking method is made through a temporary contract and a deposit of 20%. it is a beautiful house with a beautiful view. The children enjoyed themselves with the football goals, table tennis and games. spacious house with all amenities. highly recommended. we were there to visit barcelona and beach, and also visited nice little villages in the area. rosa gave a lot of tips and is a very nice host. we enjoyed it.

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

What a wonderful stay in Dalt's home in Jake's house! The house so pretty,modern and clean .bus for Barcelona (per hour) 3 min from the house that connects in 30 min to the center of Barcelona. The place is peaceful and the house perfectly equipped. Perfect for us and our teenagers who loved to stay there. Huge room and the pool to relax after a day of walking in Barcelona! dream week!thanks to Jake for his welcome!

Sonia and Helena were absolutely top rate hosts, offering assistance, answering any and all questions, no matter how seemingly ridiculous, they were kind, patient and very accommodating. As for this property, it was magical with old world charm but very well kept, very clean, well renovated without compromising the beauty. The location is optimal, smack dab in the middle of a tiny, gorgeous town, right across from the beach and literally a stone's throw away from metro, groceries, food, a few clothing stores etc. We LOVED this more than I can type. Thank you ladies! All the best!

Although the weather did not always play along in February/March, we were able to fully enjoy the garden and the beautiful excursions in the area. Rolf's and Mok's place is amazing. It is a 30 min drive from BCN, but you will stay in a calm, peaceful, and rural home in a lovely village. The house is spacious, modern, and has all facilities you need. There are some farm animals around, and a kind and sweet dog who occasionally drops by to say hello. We will definitely come back!
