The apt de Roelf exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and fragrant. All the apt decoration is beautiful and demonstrates the host's care in leaving us at home. in addition to being very well located, the apt is functional and spacious for a couple. Roelf was super receptive and helpful. I loved it and we will definitely be back.

Great apartment very well equipped and all in great condition. Perfect air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The excellent balcony closure enlarges the room space. Building in a great location with garage and housekeeper working from Monday to Saturday. Special highlight for the maid Simone Regina who served us with great sympathy. My only repair refers to the bed: small (standard couple) and with an uncomfortable mattress. An apartment of this category would be perfect with a queen size bed. In addition, everything is great.

Everything was great, from arrival to departure! Location is close to everything, the apartment is lovely, I loved staying there, everything tidy and everything cozy, I highly recommend it !!!! I intend to return because I really loved it!

The building was clean and organized at our entrance, and it was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Débora and the team was flexible in our entrance - coming down from São Paulo we were a little late to get there. In the most the stay was great, the apartment is well equipped with good bed, shower and air conditioning, the location is excellent, right in front of the beach on Canal 2 with bakeries, restaurants and all the comfort around. Thanks for everything!
